I bought a sunflame stove from Amazon, ignition was bad from day 1 and few days ago knob caught fire and melted . i had to turn off the cylinder knob because there seemed no other possible way. I submitted the complaint and now service center team is saying it is not a big issue and they will just grease the knob. I do not want to put my life in risk because of this pathetic product . Please help me on this.

        I purchased 4 burner gas stove from your outlet store in Punjabi bagh, new delhi. It's a very dis-satisfied product from sunflame. After 1 month of purchase, I registered a complaint, an in-experienced guy came and said "aap chala lo dekhtein hai". Is this a manner you're treating a complaint. All the burners are operating in a very low flame instead of putting high speed and producing a typical sound "bump bump" at all times.

        I want to replace my gas stove as soon as possible otherwise I shall report to higher officials. I do not want this anymore.

        Here I attached a copy of the bill for your reference.

          I have purchased a induction cooker in July month from Army canteen (CSD) and its not properly work its IC issue in this product. I have complain to customer care number as on 03/11/2021 but no proper service still now. i have also send a mail to company email also sms to FB and also complain filled through sunflame app. but still no provide a proper service. if this company not provide a service than why they sold the product through CSD.

            I am using sunflame 3 burner stove and its glass top burst suddenly while cooking, my elder mother was cooking food but luckily when it happened she was not in kitchen otherwise this os really shocking.
            Please can you that replaced and ensure this shouldn’t happen while cooking as gas stove is made for cooking and glass should be strong enough that it should not burst while cooking.

              1. I have purchased sunflame 3 burner gas stove (toughened glass) on 03 Nov 2021 from CSD. The glass of the chullah has been broken while using next day. I had lodged a complaint and executive came and checked the chullah and replied that I have to pay for the broken glass. I am not agreed with that. So I want to speak with the senior executive so that my issue can be resolved. In this regard they have replied me to forward complaint no and mobile no to them. I have forwarded the requisite details to them on 26 Nov 2021. My complaint No is DEL[protected] and Mobile No - [protected]

              2. Please do the needful to resolve my grievances at the earliest please as more than 25 days has been over.

                  Still I Have Not Received Any Kind of Support for your Team and Repair Service. I Don't Understand Why Your Company Says 5 years Warranty.                     There was leakage of gas from stove (sunflame hobtop 4 burner) a month ago, so tried to contact customer care. After following up for 1 week, technician visited and said that the pipe needs to be replaced and he will raise an order for new pipe and took service charges without any repair done and till date no response from him neither customer care..worst service from sunflame..

                            Dear Sir,

                            With the worst experience of your product, I have purchased the SUNFLAME 3 BURNER GAS OVEN -GLASS TOP from my nearest shop. After a few days, the oven glass was getting hot. I also complained that time.

                            Now after passing approx six month same problems again arise, I have again complain but not till now get any remedy

                            Kindly look at the matter so that I could have faith in your products in future. For your convenience i attached the bill

                              We have been using a sunflame toughened glass top 3 burner gas stove. On 24/08/2021, While we were cooking the Top Glass ‘toughened glass’ broke with a blasting noise and just shattered all over the platform. It is impossible to believe how it is break.

                              Immediately very next day we have called up the Service Center (+91 [protected]) on 31st Aug'2021 and registered a complaint and they provided Local service support contact details (+91 [protected]), We have contact them on 3rd Sep'2021 for above issue resolution, initially they consider our complaint and ask us to wait till approval comes. Post that we have contacted Local service support multiple times, Until now nobody has even come for an inspection. Local team informed us that they are awaiting approval (My gas stove has a 2 year warranty). Its very risky to cook with the gas being in this condition. But no outcome yet!

                                On 15th July 2021 we purchased Sunflame Regalia cooking range. Only a few days after installation it unfortunately developed snags one after the other. After filing complaints again and again (lastly complained under number JAM[protected] the technician would come and repair but of no use. It is evident that it has some manufacturing defects which the technician is not able to remove. We're afraid it might bump again(as happened earlier also which made us panic) and cause an accident. We are fed up with it's repeated repairs and want it's replacement by the fresh one immediately. In order to avoid any untoward mishap immediate action is required from your side.

                                    Hi,

                                    I bought sunflame chimney in the month of April 2021, the chimney stopped working on 23rd July then I filed complaint for which technician visited and said that the power box has failure and will lead to the change in the hardware. He gave us the timeline of 1 week for the part available. Today it's 10th August and there has been no response since then. Hence I am writing you as told by the customer executive.
                                    Here find below attached the bill, warranty card and photo of chimney for reference.

                                    its 21st of September today, still un heard from the company.

                                      I am using 3 burner gas stove from around 1 year and on 16th August top glass cracked by its own. As our gas is under warranty so we have logged a complaint for glass change. A technician came and took the cracked glass to submit it in office as a proof and later told us that they don't have any new glass in stock.
                                      Now its more than a months and we are still waiting for replacement.
                                      After continuous follow up with service center, one guy gave me number of Mr. Vineet who is handling Uttarakhand and UP. Now after such a long time wait still we are not getting any positive response from him as well.

                                      Don't know how many calls and follow up we have to do for it.

                                      Worst Service.
