    Pathetic customer service at palampur. For 6 days no response even after following up evry day..subflame is the worst company ...pls never buy anything from subflame...

    Within several days ...seriously...this is how you manage customer service...it's horrible to see your product in market..

      I purchased new 4 burner glasstop stove, 18/03/2021.
      The two burners when put to use pungent gas leakage smell coming. Apart from this flow of gas in 2 burner is abnormal and sometime flame coming beneath the stove from pipe which not extinguish even if nob is put off. Despite my complaints on customer Care on one came till so far to check on behalf of sunflame. No option except legal action as product having appearantly manufacturing defect.

              I have purchased the Chimney thro Paytm mall/online .Technician came on 19th January 2021 for installation. At that time he has noticed a dent in chimney's mouth portion which is connected to the vent pvc pipe.(See attachment)
              Hence the technician wrapped insulation tape temporarily on the dent portion and completed installation.
              I REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT TILL DATE NONE OF YOUR TECHNICIAN HAS VISITED NY RESIDENCE TO INSPECT

                Dear Sir/ Mam
                I'm Pintu Rai . I'm very disappointed by the very poor service of sunflame . I have purchased Heat convertor Model - SF 917 on 24 December 2020 . After 10 to 15 days it was not working then we complained about it in its customers care services on 12th January 2021 . Their technicians came and took it but till the date we are not getting it their technicians are are giving us useless reasons and after this I mailed 4 times about this but till time - 19 January 2021 18:20 P.M. I haven't got it . I'm not satisfied by this .
                I am harassed by this from some days .
                You must do something about this .

                    My sunflame stove 3 burner blasted all of a sudden. My wife was cooking food. Glass pieces fell away. God save our life. What faulty products they are manufacturing which is danger to every body life. I need free replacement.

                      Pls note i bought a Gas stove from the dealer, from the first day of its purchase my gas was melting the stove body and releasing the some yellow and black color, i have made a complaint with the dealer however no action is taken yet, today when we realized that nobody is listening we have submitted the complaint on your social media platform and now we will make a complaint to other social media platform and consumer forum as well,

                        I have purchased 3 burner gas stove in which 2 of the burner are not working. The middle and the right burner is not working. The middle nob has also stopped working.

                          Blast in glass top of sunflame gas stove while trying to cook food in sunflame gas burner, the glass top suddenly brust into tiny pieces.my mother was near the gas too.luckily nobody get injured.all glass pieces went into the food kept nearby .I am so scared it can be major accident.😭

                            The chimney was installed 2-3 days ago and the sensor isn't working in it.

                            I tried calling in the support team but there is no response here. Can you pls help.

                            I tried multiple times and all of them are just ingnoring calls.

                              We were cooking food on sunflame glass top stove and suddenly we heard a noise of bursting and we saw that the glass had bursted out very badly. We put the gas off and checked. There was no sign of leakage of gas or fire beneath stove.

                                Purchased sunflame water heater in Feb2020, found issue since day 1. The first complaint took 4 months to attend the excuse provided was lock down. When attended we were told no issues but next day again the problem started. Now the 2nd season is approaching, we want this product to be taken back and refunded our money.

                                we now donot trust this product and your service. Please suggest how can I return this product and get full refund.

                                  I bought one Sunflame Chimney Misti C 60 model on Feb 14th 2020. While installing it at my home in Gurugram, I called the Sunflame service and one service agent arrived to install the chimney. As there was no wooden plank attached with the wall, the agent asked to attach it first then contact us again. It was told on customer care that 450/- will be the charges however the chimney was not installed still the service agent asked 350/- for a visit and said he will adjust this when the chimney would be installed.

                                  Later lockdown happened and it was not possible to call anyone for the installation. After June, I placed visits for the installation but this same service agent didn't bother to come and asked to cancel those visits because plank was not there, I tried several times to ensure that carpainter and the chimney agent are present at the same time so that the plank would be placed according to the requirement of the chimney. I had carpainter visit twice but this chimney agent cancelled the visit. Yesterday(30th August 2020), I managed to fix the plank on the wall and asked that service agent to install the chimney. While installing he was in a hurry and pulled the silver foil pipe fast, once the chimney was installed he asked for payment of 600/-(450 for installation and 150 for clamp). I wanted to pay 250/- which includes the clamp(150 and 100 rupees balance adjusting for chimney installation paid last visit). I refused to give the full amount due to which he got angry and threatened us that if anything happened to your chimney in future, he will make sure no one will visit our home to fix it. He said, he is the boss of his franchisee and he won't be servicing us in future and not allow anyone else too.

                                  Service agent also said while installing the chimney the pipe will last for atleast for a year however when the pipe broke I called him and he said this pipe is given for display purpose only. If this is the case why was it not informed to me in advance.
                                  Later in the evening when we tried to use the chimney the foil pipe broke into half. I have never expected such a type of service from Sunflame.

                                  I'll provide the required details for this case:

                                    Hi i have complain to the customer care with ref no-mum[protected] on 28th july 2020 i buyed the new stove and in that one burner is working but the button and all is broken and already i have talked to customer for 4-5 times infact the shocking news is that you customer care person is seen that my problem is resolved and case is closed and i didn’t even got a call from technician and they give me number of darshan service center which i tried and still they not coming and i have talked to bipin o[censored]r customer care office i am using sunflame for last 30 years you all selling by brand and your service is like china brand i am very very disappointed by this and i will post to fb twitter and all with all screenshot and all till today my work is not done

                                      We have been using the glasstop stove from sun flame for last 2 years. To our surprise today, glasstop shattered while cooking Chappati and also pieces spilled over in the kitchen. Very dangerous and not expected from company like sunflame. Sunflame should get this fixed at the earliest as it is not expected from brand like this.

                                        I made a complaint to sunflame customer care on august 23rd 2020. I receive a call from on deepak (Phon no.:[protected] that he is calling from authorised service centre. He came to my premises on tuesday august 25th and asked me to pay rs. 650 for the burner and rs. 300 service charge. I disputed and asked for rate card. He did not show me that.

                                        I asked him to make me speak with his supervisor his phone was busy.

                                        Today i spoke with amit pandey his nos is[protected], he threatened me to do anything and nothing will happen.

                                        As a customer, i cannot be cheated and threathned.

                                        I called sunflame customer care on August 16th 2020 for my gas stove complaint. They did not register my compalint, although I received a message from their so called service centre name Deepak - phone no[protected] and he subsequently visited me. He charged me double the price of a normal spare part and did not show me list price from Sunflame. Today his owner/supervisor called and his name is Amit Pandey[protected].
                                        They are running fraud service centres and charging at their own will, and ultimately customers are CHEATED.
