I am totally dissatisfied by Sunflame Dealer (Girish Enterprises, Sarjapur Road, Kaikondrahalli, Bangalore). They delivered the Sunflame Optra 4 Burner Gas Stove on Thursday, 10th March, after which I found that the two burners were not horizontal and about 20 degrees slope, so uneven heating of the vessel kept on it. When I called Girish Enterprises the next day (Friday), they promised to send a replacement, but no one turned up. When I called on Saturday, the owner started harassing that you have used the Gas Stove and how can you ask for the replacement and I replied him that how can I find whether the stove is proper without using it. I called the Sunflame customer care, Faridabad, who gave the Customer Service number ([protected]) in Bangalore. I called them on Saturday evening and today one of the Service people came and found that it is a defective piece and envied that how Girish Enterprises delivered such a piece and not providing a replacement. Can you please let me know how are you providing dealership to such a worst Girish Enterprises? Today also I called Girish Enterprises owner spoke to me for two minutes and ignored me saying that he is receiving another call.

Glass has 2 yrs guarantee also.
I have called customer care.
Its been one month no one reached me to repair.
