Dear team, dated:01/05/20

I purchased the 3 burner toughened glass cooktop on 14.10.19 from amazon over other companies like prestige, pigeon, glen and others, thinking that sunflame was a good and renowned brand.

But it cracked this morning out of a sudden when my mother was using it for daily cooking, which was never expected from an old brand as yours.

As it is still covered under warranty, therefore, i need it to be replaced soon.

I called the customer care and they asked me to send mail.

I've the bill and warranty card with me.

Looking forward to an early response.

    On the 2nd of feb 2020 i purchased au flame glass cooktop ct-hob series. Today the while making food the glass top shattered into small pieces with noise injuring my family member. She had to be rushed to the hospital to pick small glass pieces from hand and neck.

    I tried to call customer care they said they are not responsible. I’m now forced to write formal complain against the company.

      I had sent the below mail on Mar 14, 2016, but no response so far.
      Hi,

      I am totally dissatisfied by Sunflame Dealer (Girish Enterprises, Sarjapur Road, Kaikondrahalli, Bangalore). They delivered the Sunflame Optra 4 Burner Gas Stove on Thursday, 10th March, after which I found that the two burners were not horizontal and about 20 degrees slope, so uneven heating of the vessel kept on it. When I called Girish Enterprises the next day (Friday), they promised to send a replacement, but no one turned up. When I called on Saturday, the owner started harassing that you have used the Gas Stove and how can you ask for the replacement and I replied him that how can I find whether the stove is proper without using it. I called the Sunflame customer care, Faridabad, who gave the Customer Service number ([protected]) in Bangalore. I called them on Saturday evening and today one of the Service people came and found that it is a defective piece and envied that how Girish Enterprises delivered such a piece and not providing a replacement. Can you please let me know how are you providing dealership to such a worst Girish Enterprises? Today also I called Girish Enterprises owner spoke to me for two minutes and ignored me saying that he is receiving another call.

        Inspite of registering multiple complaints and calling them incessently, this pathetic company service centre does not even pick up the call. Their service centre number of guwahati [protected] just disconnects the call.
        Truely horrible service. Made the mistake of buying once, will never make it again.
        I even tried mailing them, but it seems no one is interested in the customer once goods are sold.

        I have been using a sunflame toughened glass top 4 burner gas stove. While we were cooking the so called ‘toughened glass’ broken. just shattered all over the kitchen.

        Glass has 2 yrs guarantee also.

        I have called customer care.

        Its been one month no one reached me to repair.
        Glass top of 4 burner stove cracked suddenly while cooking. No response from Sunflame for email. No contact number available. Looking for resolution at the earliest to avoid any casualties because of broken glass.
        Bought glass top gas stove eight months ago. Glass top bursted... Need service for that item .. is it cover under warranty or not. Want detailed explanation about the bad quality and need service for gas stove as soon as possible.

          I have purchased the gas geyser on 25th december 2019 since then it is creating problem problem and on 11 january i have complaint about it in your company but till now 3 visits have been done at my place. All the staff send by you is useless they dont know anything about the product but still the problem is as it is i have mailed it so many times complaint it so many times but no one is hearing it for me the quality of product is pathetic and over the worst thing is that your service is is ridiculous i have complain for it so many time but not but no action has been taken on it so, i am reminding you once more please take action on it or otherwise i will take the matter to to the consumer court then you will be solely responsible for all of this and i am very much serious for this
          If you cannot repair my product within two or three days i want it to be replaced i have paid the money for this. Ten days have passed for my complaint nothing has been done. It is your responsibility now

            Now the left side burner knob is nor working and we could not able to use the left side burner. And we do not know any service center, even we tried in your web site for online complained.

            The sunflame forged brass glass top broke into pieces, harming me and my surroundings. I have pictures for evidence. We got it from flipkart on december 5th but used it a few days ago as we were shifting. A major concern on safety and security of an individual is in question.

              Sunflame heater is not operating good. Since i bought two week before one rod is not operating executive has came on 27th december and make it operaing.
              Again on 30th of december same problem arise. If you were not able to fix it either refund my amount or exchange it. This is so frustrating. I never suggest anyone to buy brand of sunflame it's worthless company no brand value.

                We were not even cooking, no burner was on when the glass top just suddenly made a cracking sound and shattered into small pieces. I was shocked. My sister who was standing near it got injured. Small pieces of broken glass flew everywhere. I have picture proofs. Why would you manufacturer such a thing which can be a life hazard?? An appliance's safety standards must be checked.

                I vbought gas stove on 31st August2019. Its not working properly. Msny times i complained bt only one time service person visited. And now he did more defects in slove. Yesterday nob of the szove burnt while cooking. I just want to return this stove and my money back. Otherwise i will pull you to the court.

                  Today my sister was boiling milk at one side and making dal at other side of sunflame 3 burner glass cooktop stove model shakti gt. Suddenly she heard a noise and she scared... The top glass was burst and start breaking into tiny pieces. My mom ran into the kitchen what did just happen. This incident can lead to a major accident. My gas stove is in warranty period. We are using sunflame brand since 17 years when there was steel gas stove. Sunflame is trusted brand but this time they disappointed us. So i request sunflame kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

                    Dear sir/madam: i was purchased sunflame gas stove 4 burner.. Suddenly gas stove was observed gas leak from stove knobs. Then i was raised the complaint through email to the sunflame customer service.
                    But still nobody can't attempt this complaint.
                    And i am not received any mail or any phone from customer service
                    This is very worst service. I can't expect this situation
                    However: please rectify this problem as early as possible

                      The customer care said they would charge 350 for the service. I was fine but when the guy came he said that 350 RS is only visiting charge. And Service charge would be 100 extra. Why would I call a person just to visit and see the gas burner. This is utter nonsense. They should have cleared it before booking. Suddenly in between the service(btw no parts were removed only checked by the technician) he asks 100 RS more. Be clear in terms of money before booking I don't mind paying extra 100 but it should be ethically done before.

                        When i was cooking, suddenly some cracking/ bursting sound i heared from stove...
                        As much soon i see where the sound was coming

                        It burst out that thing was good that in my family no body got injured

                        Also on further research i have come to know that this is a common problem with this kind of sunflame stove, sunflame is still selling these stoves, knowing fully that this can cause major accidents which can even lead to death...

                            While i was having dinner last night i heard a glass breaking noise from my kitchen and when i went to check for my surprise i saw the stove broken into pieces and i don’t understand for what reason..                               I bought this chimney last november and during installing i was told by the technicians that the touch control panel of chimney has some problem. After installing he assures me that the company will change it. But there is no action taken to improve it and when i recalled them they gave me lame excuses. I called on helpline several times but they are also no help in any improvement.
                              For the last 9 months, i am using that defective product and i am not at all satisfied with the services and customer management system.
                              Kindly take interest in my problem.

                                3 days before the glass of the stove broke at midnight..when contacted to customer care the glass has been replaced ...but on the same day of replacement of glass, it broke again and the burner was turned completely black ..the gas might be leaking through it..as the glass breaks all the glass particles spread in the whole kitchen
                                If anyone would have been in the kitchen at that time he must have had gotten injured
                                But by God's grace nothing serious happened
                                Since we have received a faulty gas stove we hope for the speedy replacement of it
                                No replacement of the glass but we want the replacement of the whole gas stove
                                If could not be done then we hope for the our money replacement
                                Because selling such products shouldn't be your strategy
                                Hope u will understand our situation and act according to it
                                Note: since now it is broken we can't even cook anything and please look after it ..since it happened twice in 4 days gap

                                  I have raised servicing and replace of knob for my sunflame crystal four burner chula on 19 September 2019.

                                  I went to office daily at 0830 hrs.The technician Sachin S Deshpande (Mobile no [protected]) came on at 0900 hrs 23 September 2019 for same . Unfortunately he broke my Gas Chula.nozzle by doing some work. After that he told my wife that Gas is leakage so you have to repair this also. This is because o[censored]nskilled technician send by you so it happened..The language is also not good by your unskilled technician. He fought with my wife By not repairing anything he went from my house . He does not have courtesy to repair as my 09months baby is with her.. today full day they are without food and preparation as nobody is at home.

                                  Thai is very bad service from your side. Complaint to customer care number ([protected]) twice today but no positive reply from your side. (recordings is with me)

                                  Request to look into the same and compensate the same for the repair of service chula by you also the food charges from outside by my wife.

                                  Need to revert this on priority.

                                  Otherwise I have to go to Court for this.

                                    Take servicing of my burner GAs Stove Sun flame through customer care.
                                    But technician came and broke my gas nozzle and blamed my wife for same ..

                                    Also talked rudely and told her do whatever you do. If you want to repair you have to pay for this.

                                    because OF THIS TODAY MY FAMILY LIVED WITHOUT FOOD FULL DAY AS MY CHILD IS VERY SMALL (09 MONTHS) . Very pathetic service from Sunflame techinicain

                                      The gas stove was working very fine until yesterday this incident took place. While cooking on the gas stove the glass on top of the gas stove suddenly blasted into pieces. It has caused a lot of damage. It has also injured me and members of my family. There was no harm done physically, i don't know what was wrong with the gas stove.
                                      I think a glass replacement on the stove would be required, but i am no professional and hence will need professional suggestions and help.
                                      Please look into this issue as soon as possible as i need help urgently. Also please let me know about the service centres and home servicing.
                                      Home service would be preferred as it is very difficult to carry around a gas stove with broken glass over it.
                                      It would also be of great help if you could let me know the price of the replacement of the glass on the stove.
                                      Please get back to me with the email provided.
                                      Thank you.

                                        I bought four burners sunflame stove on 25 august 2019 from 4 mechs csd canteen hisar cantt.
                                        I talk to the canteen supervisor about this problem
                                        He said to complain to the sunflame company
                                        And a company person will come to your address to check and solve the burners problem.
                                        This type of problem should not present in such a good company product.
                                        So i request to please solve my problem regarding burners of the gas stove as soon as possible
