We bought a sunflame slow juicer from Kohlisons, Krishna Nagar, Delhi in December 2015 and it was not working properly so we complaint about this on 30th august in your call center. Your executive came and checked the product and told us that he will visit again, but he didnt turn up again. We called up many times after that but nobody came to solve our issue. Toast is not toasted well on one side and moreover the timer does not differ in time at setting 1 or 2 or 3 etc.
