Hi, This is regarding sunflame gt regal stainless steel 4 burner gas stove, black which i purchased through amazon on 26.12.2017. The invoice copy is attached to the mail, after 3-4 days o[censored]se two of the burners are not working, leakage of gas & some kind of sound is coming out from the gas stove. To raise the issue i tried to call multiple times on the complaint number[protected] calls went unattained! Contacted noida service center had a word 2 days back got the assurance that engineer will visit with 48 hours but no visit till date. If i had the chance to return the product i would have done the same. I had really bad pathetic experience with so self-claimed high rated customer brand, will never ever recommend sunflame brand to anyone in future nor will suggest to my family & friends I am writing this mail as i proof incase some mishappening happens in near future sunflame would be responsible for the same. I am trying them for solution but no 1 is answering it’s almost 4 months and they are not providing a simple part of my food processor, pathetic service and even they don’t bother for customer who have purchase their products, no response on any phone no’s they have and even service Center to aur mahan hai, pathetic experience.
