Sunflame Enterprises — Four burner gas stove | |
Hi we bought 4 burner gasstove in the month of Feb in Bajaj electronics gajuwaka.one day one of the Knob became loose and fire came out. We gave to service centre and got repaired and also took 400 rs from us. After got service, when we lighten the stove a big fire came out and spread on complete stove which is very dangerous. it happens twice after got repair. We scared to use that product and we asked for replace/refund but it got rejected by sales manager and he asked to buy some other product in sunflame - Tell me one thing why should we buy again the same/different product in sunflame . how can we trust the sunflame again . Fire accident is not small. its dangerous to our life. It is not old product, we bought it 4 months back and now u guys are rejecting to replace/ refund the product. it is not phone, washing maching. it is gasstove which is risky so how can we use the same product when fire accident happened twice. please resolve this issue asap.
