Sir, I want to draw your attention towards this issue. I purchased a gas stove of your company from snapdeal online store around 15 days ago. Unfortunately, gas stove's glass got break up due to over heating. Now we are continuously following your customer care numbers, your service center numbers but no one is responding. Some has their switched off their phones, some are not receiving and some are not providing any information to rectify their customers issue. Now if i want to repair my gas stove then please can u tell me how can i contact you or you simply having fake service. It's a gas stove, food cooks on it so please try to understand and respond and kindly rectify my problem as early as possible.
