Last year i have purchased three burner automatic gas chulha with five year warrenty. One of its burner is not working properly. I have already complained about this to your customer care on date 05.09.2018 with ref no. All[protected] but no technician visited till today. I am very disappointed with your service center customer service. My wife is suffering alot in cooking. Now i am regerting for chosen sunflame at time of purchasing. Your customer is worest. We have purchased a 2 burner stove and its not at all working properly if kept in simmer it will be turned off I bought the stove just 2mnths back from flipkart ..gas is leaking and at the regulation button it caught fire suddenly its high risk for life ...kindly take immediate action.if this is not taken proper care it can cause major accident.
