Sunrise Overseas — fraud done for canada immigration visa filing by sunrise overseas

This is the whole story, how sunrise overseas cheated me. I applied for canada work permit visa through sunrise overseas. After getting the confirmation mail from the consultancy, me and my friend and his parents personally visited that consultancy from delhi to vadodara, gujarat and we gave them total 90, 000, where 80, 000 on 05/11/2016 for application filing and 10000 later on for registration and that time we both made an agreement at vadodara court about the given money and the terms and conditions, and after few days, they gave me an id and a password to check the online file. After 2 months my password got expired. I have requested them for my new password, but they did not give me. Before the expiry of my password, i kept checking the online file but there was no update.
The consultancy promised me that the whole sinp (Saskatchewan immigrant nominee program) procedure will take only 5-6 months. Few months later they scheduled a skype interview with mr. Erik stifler (Canadian immigration lawyer), who is working with sunrise overseas) and he contacted me and my friend regarding our passport verification and again 2after few days, mr. Erik stifler called us on skype for an interviewi but the video call was not used by him and he said i am erik's colleague, name we don't remeber. 15 days later of my interview, janvi shah from sunrise overseas told us that your interview is cleared. Then after few months she told to us, please wait for a month, your file number will come. We did not get any file number after our selection, till date. We are trying to call the owner of sunrise overseas (Mr. Rakshit patel), he told us that he has got the file number, but he did not check it because he was busy. After making so many phone calls regarding our file number, he did not give us and now he is answering our calls (Their numbers below). Actually, he did not have any file number. He was continuously lying to us. The last email that we received from them was from pratham consultancy and when we tried to check regarding them, we found so many complaints against them on consumer complaints webpage (https://www.consumercomplaints.in/pratham-consultancy-fraud-consultant-c1983970). from there we came to know that mr. Rakshit is also associated with this consultancy, and they have done the same thing with many people. These buggers are big time frauds. Most of the time the owner switches off his mobile to avoid our call. They have been doing this fraud for a long time but we never found anything about them before we though to take their service.

Sir/madam, i know that i have done a big mistake to believe on mr. Rakshit patel and his company (Sunrise overseas). I have wasted my money as well as 2 years. They have been playing with me for till now. They do not do anything regarding visa, they just take money from innocent people by telling lie, and just invest that money in the bank. Sir, please do something. I want my money back. Please, it's my kind request to you, please do something.
I have attached my all documents, please find the attachments. The whole agreement was signed and notarized in front of a magistrate kapoor a. Aggarwal with his stamped notary. He took us in his car regn number is gj 6 eh 5569. Please help take immediate action against them.
