Sunrise Overseas — visa fraud

I am indian citizen residing in chennai and applied with "sunrise overseas consultancy" situated at vadodara for an employment opportunity to canada.
The procedure for this application started in december 2016 and all my application was approved and the consultancy asked me to pay 90, 000 inr in that i paid 10, 000 inr through bank and 80, 000 through cheque against the whole procedure.

In the month of feb 2017 i personally visited the consultancy and i had in a bond paper made written agreement and paid the above full mentioned amount.

The consultancy promised us the sinp approval would be completed in four months, but from the time we paid the amount and returned, under the care of the consultancy a lawyer named erik called us from canada and stated the process is going on. We were also given online user id and passwords to review our applications. But each day we kept checking there was no update.
As per the promise of the consultancy for four months we have been patiently waiting for an update and they have never given us even one call or update neither do they pick our calls when we call them. We send several messages and emails and there is no reply.

After waiting four months from the mid of april ikeep asking them for an update and after 100 calls we make finally they cooly say we are busy. Thereby few months back i told them we are no more interested to continue with the process and please refund our money back. They send us the withdrawal form and we filled and send them email on the 04th may 2018. Until today there is no response.

After continuously calls and pressure we gave them, they promised to make the entire payment during the last week of june but after that there is no response from them and i called several times they cooly said we are waiting for payment after getting payment will transfer you to the account, but after some days me. Rakshit said my lawyer told to give the cheque to you and courier me two cheque with 40, 000 and 40, 000 and meanwhile after getting he told to deposit the one cheque and it got bounced and after that i called them they never properly answered me still saying wait for one week and will get transfer moreover there is no reply from rakshit patel and aasif.
