I bought a Yonex Astrox 100zx 3 weeks ago. I gave it to be strung on 25/26lbs. From the second day the head of the frame was elongated. The racket really felt horrible to play like that. However, after 3 weeks of arrival, i found the frame weakened. So I had cut the string. The frame didn't exactly cracked. But the painting started to crack. I used a yonex racket before. Never had such issue with it. I gave it away when bought this. I was excited to play with it. Unfortunately it didn't last. I don't have anymore money to spend, I'm student without a job now. I really hope you understand my situation and give a replacement. I tried to add a picture. But it kept showing it is too large.

I bought yonex ZR 100i 2 days ago. The aluminium firm is not in a proper shape. I want you to please replace it.

I ordered yonex nanoray light 18i badminton racket on 13 may 2021 from flipcart seller retail.net. I played with it for almost 3-4 weeks. On june 08 while playing its frame broke into two parts., strings also broken intact. The racket never had any impact with anything except shuttle. i accumulated money to buy this racket and was very excited to play with it but it broke within 3-4 weeks of play and i feel cheated and disappointed. I bought yonex muscle power 55 light worth Rs. 4000/- from Amazon 5 months back in October.
The racquet got broken from top while just hitting the shuttle only.

Hello yonex, i have buy yonex badminton shoes model court ace -3 from flipkard on 30 -40 days ago. I did not play more from that shoes and in 1 month her soles started rubbing and they were about to explode so I want replacement for my shoes

Within half an hour it has broken. Please replace my racket.

We trusted on yonex brand but when you do these kind of things .Then I seriously regret to buy a yonex brand product. I am writing this second time.
I buy a yonex carbonex 6000ex badminton racquet .From geetanjali sports shop no. GF- 03 Express garden market, vaibhav khand-6, indirapuram, ghaziabad, (U.P) 201014 I just played for 4 days.the racket shaft and handle leave from joint. Luckily no one get injured . I had purchased the Yonex Junior Non Marking Badminton Shoes, White/Navy/Green- 4 UK from amazon vide Order #[protected] dated 24 June 2020 and the item was delivered on 29-Jun-2020. But due to corona lockdown guidelines, the badminton halls here were closed and the shoes were used only in October 2020. But unfortunately, the sole of the left shoe detached completely near the toe, and the matter was reported to the Amazon in November 2020. But unfortunately they said that the return window was closed and the warranty should be pursued with the firm. Sir, I am a regular customer of Yonex products, with my both children playing badminton. Both use Dura 10 badminton racquets, Yonex AS2 shuttles and Yonex shoes. But this is the first time I am experiencing such an issue.

DEE kAy Sports, Siwan (Bihar)is a Duplicate product seller, today I Went there for Yonex racket, he was offering me the duplicate one, when I Told The Nanoray cover comes with the written patttern on the cover then he refused to agree with me, the max lbs, the registered no, all were written in the false way, Selling Duplicate Yonex racket in the market is a wrong indication for Yonex Brand, so I Appeal to take strict action against him, Bcz In Name Of Yonex He Is Destroying the Yonex Market Image Nd the Belive of Customer from Yonex...

I bought a Nanoray Tour 9900 and was playing with this racket for a month. Being a singles player loved the feel of this racket. However, today I noticed a small crack in the t-section which might be due a manufacturing defect and would like to consider for a replacement. I bought this from an authorised outlet, but they insist me to contact to the sunrise customer care for replacement.

Please find the invoice and photo to reveal the racket condition as attachment.

I am sure that this defect hasn't been occured by hitting against the wall/ or other racket, thus feel that this case is genuinely a product fault.

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, shoes & accessories

The issue that I have experienced was: I had purchased this shoe recently but the sides (both the shoes) are torned (find attached photos), and it is not in useful condition. I am a 56 year old badminton player, use to by only Yonex products. Previously also same thing happened and the showroom person told me can't be replaced so I bought a new one. This is happening to many people known to me and they are now thinking of buying another brands. My son also a badminton university player, he also use to by only Yonex products and had the same experience in the past.

Kindly requesting to replace the product due to the poor quality or manufacturing defect.

After we purchased the product, the lockdown rules were implied, due to which i could not place the return or replacement of the product. But, now as per the amazon policy, i am unable to return or replace. The product s quality is not worth a single penny. Its wires are breaking of its own, they are too fragile.

For a smash, it had hit the rim of the racket and then it got cracked
Like racket got bend
That was a new one

Dint expect that

My new racket, which is purchased on october 2019, and that was broken, something like a long lean fracture at the frame near the shaft. The shop which i used to purchase this racket is 'cosmos sport world' kochi, kerala. They informed that they will send the racket to sunrise, delhi. One week is almost over, can i get a update on this
