The yonex running shoe was purchased in the month of july from flipkart and it's front sole got torned within one week of the use. The gurantee period of the shoes is of 6 months and it asked to claim from sunrise sports.
No much use was done and it started tearing off without any much use... I want my claim to be considered as soon as possible., it seems my money got wasted by buying such product.

    Respected sir/mam,

    I ordered yonex astrox 69 badminton racket on 14 september 2019 from flipcart seller retail.net. I played with it for almost 2 weeks. On september 29 while playing its wooden handle broke into two parts. Rest of frame, shaft and strings remain intact. The racket never had any impact with anything except shuttle. I am still a college student and i accumulated money to buy this racket and was very excited to play with it but it broke within 2 weeks of play and i feel cheated and disappointed. I have attached images of racket and bill of racket. I trusted yonex so please replace the racket. I look forward to your reply and resolution of my issue. Regards

    WORST EXPERIENCE WITH YONEX EVER !

    I ordered yonex astrox 100 zz badminton racket on 16th October 2020 from amazon seller and get it deliver with me on 23rd Oct 2020. I played with it for almost 4month with BG 65 Tension at 22 lbs. On March 14 while playing i observed a crack on a head of racket. The racket never had any impact with anything except shuttle. I recently join office and i accumulated money to buy this racket and was very excited to play with it but it broke within 4 month of play and i feel cheated and disappointed. I have attached images of racket and bill of racket. I trusted Yonex so please replace the racket. I look forward to your reply and resolution of my issue. Regards

    I bought a yonex court ace tough badminton shoes on 5th May 2022 from SPORTSJAM and got delivered to me on 11th may 2022. I played with it for almost 1 and half months and the sole came out of the shoes. The shoes were never worn except for badminton court purposes only and had never gone through any major impact.i have attached images and bill of the shoes. I believe in yonex and kindly replace the shoes.I look forward to your reply and resolution of my issue.Regards

      Dear sunrise deportment.
      I have purchased yonex shoe from valsala sports, trivandrum.
      The non-marking sole is really worst and slippy also the bottom sole is removing day by day. I fall down in my wooden court and injured. I could see the sunrise stickers are there. That is why believed and bought that shoe.

      Kindly take action on those fake dealers and make the people getting good quality products.

      I am feeling waste of money and lost my leg. Doctor told me to take rest at least 2 months.

      Kindly take action and help the yonex buyers

        Hi team,

        I am submitting this complaint to inform you regarding recently purchased yonex badminton shoes from sports uncle.com. I have tested the shoe on wooden court and there is no grip in the sole. It's a dead grip and provides no friction with the wooden surface. I am using yonex super cushion sc-ii for 3 years and it still provides better grip than the purchased product. I need to return the product and claim full refund.

        I had purchased a racket yonex nanoray 7000 2 weeks ago Nd I had played only 10 to 12 matches and I found that the head of the racket got a crack . There is no collisions or hard hitting of the rackets still it got broke. I want a replacement for that as the shopkeeper asked me to contact you. Provide a solution ..

          Hi yonex i am your old customer but the last two racquets which i bought from flipkart ie yonex nanoray light 4i and yonex arcscaber light 10 i have broken very fast and arcscaber light 10 i has broken in less than three months i think there is some manufacturing deffect in it since the racquet has developed cracks all over its stem pls help me over this issue requesting a replacement from your side

            I had purchased a yonex nano ray 7000i badminton racquet from polo sports manjeri in 13th september 2017. After using it for a 3-4 days the racquet broken into two parts.
            I am a regular player and the racquet not crashed.
            I went to the shop and requested them to replace the racquet and no response.
            Finally no response to my complaint or i give complaint to consumer court.

            I recently bought Yonex shoe power cushion Aerus2, but it got ripped off within just 3.5 months of purchase.I usually play just twice a week so there is not much performance requirement in terms of shoe durability. i want sunrise India to look in the matter as its a manufacturing defect.

              Dear sir/madam,

              I bought yonex shoes online in the month of june 2017 and its been hardly 5 months since the shoes is having problems. The shoe sole is teared off and i can't use them any longer for play as it's would probably tear off more and might lead to injuries as well. I always play on the indoor synthetic courts and having issues like this in yonex shoes is quite disappointing to see such issues in the shoes.

              Date of purchase: june 2017
              Tear of date: sep 2017

              Finally, i expect immediate actions to be taken on your side to resolve these issues, for example, replacement of sports shoes. Also, i would like if you give a commitment that these topics will not be arisen again in the future.

                I had purchased a badminton racquet arcsaber 11 from yamuna sports complex 4 months back,, the string had broken. I had got the racquet stringing done from ysc sports pro shop on 10/9/17. I took the racket played single stoke it broke. I had taken bill for gutting. The racquet had costed 10000/-.
                If this is the quality of racquet yonex makes, i would not recommed any one to buy expesive racquet from yonex.
                It is mere waste of money. They just advertise with big names. No quality.

                  I had purchased a yonex nano ray lite badminton racquet from total sports viviana mall outlet in february, 2017. After using it for a month, the racquet broke into two parts.

                  I went to the outlet and requested them to look into this matter, since the racquet was hardly a month old and i am an advanced badminton player who is used to playing regularly.

                  They registered a complaint on 4th april, 2017 and told me it would take them 15-20 days to resolve and that they would call me as soon as the issue was resolved.

                  I did not follow-up till 10th may giving them enough time to work on the issue. When i went to the shop on 10th may, they asked me to wait for 2 days and they would call me. I went to the shop again on 14th may since i did not receive any calls from the shop.

                  This continued regularly with me going to shop every 2-3 days asking for clarifications and with them telling me to come back after 2 days.

                  Finally, yesterday i. E. On 1st june, 2017 the manager mr. Jeetu tells me that my claim has been rejected and they cannot do anything.

                  I have not gotten a replacement and neither have they returned my broken racquet.

                  I request you to kindly look into this matter and help me resolve this situation at the earliest.

                      This is sri harsha from vijayawada recently september 1st brought my new badminton racket yonex voltric z force ii ld special edition with a cost of 14000/- from nsp sports, vijayawada.

                      On september 13 when i am playing game suddenly the bat changes his direction from my hand. When i check, the handles looses, the bat rod is coming outside from the handle,
                      Uddenly i was shocked. Playing from the last 10 days only, i am a professional player, no damage or crash are not there in my badminton, i am very much disappointed and dissatisfied with yonex company

                      How can yonex manufacture such a worst bat into the market with a cost of 15000/- and naming as yonex voltric z force 2 special edition lin dan, please replace my badminton racket with new racket other than yonex voltric z force 2 special edition lin dan, my money 15000/- rupees was wasted with in 10 days. I saw so many reviews and videos from web, after that i brought the bad racket. Here i am loses my money, happiness and mention tension, please reply me as early as possible

                        I have purchased yonex nanoray power 3i on 2nd august 2016. I have broken frame just within 20 days of normal usage while the shuttle hit the frame. I request to exchange the product or refund the money back. I am regular user of yonex products and didn't expected such bad quality this time.                           i have placed order for Rs. 5.0 L on sunsports after discussing with Ms.Neha of Sun sports and deposited the same in their account as per commitment .
                          after that i could not get proper response from them and started saying different stories to deliver the material.
                          after long time they have sent me damaged products that is also 350 km away from my place, i was forced to collect the same.
                          they have not delivered the good as they have committed, for last quite some times non of their company staff is attending my calls and there is no response from their team
                          i fee we should not procure yonex products in future, iam foreced to approach consumer foram if i dont get proper response in next 2 working days.

                            This is Raajesh from Hyderabad a director for 3 companies and an armature badminton player .
                            i have placed an order for Rs.5.0L yonex shuttles after getting commitment from Ms.Neha of sunrise sports, newdlehi and made full payment.
                            after 30days chase material was sent to 330 km away from my place and i was forced to collect the same, after opening we found 25 tubes were in damaged condition and material was not as per commitment, first time she answered the call and said that she will arrange in 2 days, 25 days crossed till date we could not get response and she is avoiding our calls.
                            now we are forced to approach consumer forum and file cheating case against sun sports and yonex in our police station.
                            if we donot get proper response from this company we are forced to proceed further after 2 working days.
                            worst company to work with as their key persons Mr. vikram dhar and Ms. Neha are not responding for customer calls except for collecting money.

                              I have purchased NS6600 from SportsJam.in in March 2015. Within 4-months racket broke. Sportsjam asked me to file claim with Sunrise Sports. Initially sunrise rejected my claim citing "HUGE DENTS" on frame. There were no dents. Certain places paint on frame is gone. Then later they told "PAINT erased on frame and racket has used wear & tear" Issue was, racket was used for play. There are no dents on frame. Frame alignment is fine. More important shaft has no dent. It doesn't indicate manual tempering. There is no reason, it can break from shaft just like that. This is the case of manufacturing defect and dealer is not accepting this. Claim is rejected without any proper reasoning.

                                I purchased a yonex 174ex grip pack of three from cosmos sports ernakulam- kochi.The grip is unusable and i still have two unused grips with me ..the shop said they cannot replace or refund .the grip is very old and brittle... so please help me with this, awaiting a positive feedback...

                                    I had purchased Yonex Nanoray Light 4i from, M/s New Praful Sports MHOW. I doubted that the racket was fake and the racquet broke in 2 months. On returning it to the shopkeeper he insisted that I had hit the racquet to some surface or mistreated it. Which is not true. Even I know if thats the case I wouldn't be complaining . The shopkeeper said he would be speaking to the dealer but its almost a fortnight he is not giving any response. Such state of consumer complaints has forced me to pen down the details regarding a company of repute. I have even given the badminton racquet to the shopkeeper which he hasnt returned, I just have the bill and transaction details since I made the payment online. No clarification as on date has been given to me by the dealer as well. Hope for a prompt reply..

                                      Hi, I purchased Yonex Gr 303 racquets in Aug 2014 through Snapdeal. I was surprised to see that within 4 months, the racquets's net has broken! My usage is very normal without any heavy duty play. I play with my 12 yr old son only. This is the first time, I've had this kind of experience on badminton racquets.                                       Hi, I purchased Yonex Carbonex 7000 EX Racquet on 7th Oct'2018 at Market. I was surprised to see that within one month, the racquet has broken! My usage is very normal without any heavy duty play. This is the first time, I've had this kind of experience on badminton racquets. Can you look into the issue and advise accordingly?
