I have bought one yonex badminton racket(YY NR 9000 LDSP WM10) on 05/1/2017 With in few days(2-3 days) o[censored]sage the frame of the racket got damage while playing the smash shot (No hitting on ground and no racket hits). I checked with the shopper from where i purchased the racket and they accepted it's manufacturing defect and routed me to get in touch with you with the image of racket and bill. You can find in attachment, Kindly do the needful and help me in getting the new racket as replacement of same. Looking forward for your quick response and support...

I bought Yonex racket and used it only once and the string is broken. When I complained it to the sports shop where I bought, his response was very bad. I never expected this kind of rackets from Yonex. I returned the racket to the same sports shop to keep it for free. Lost my money unnecessarily on this

I have Yonex badminton racquet which broke out from handle while playing. It is cracked from the handle. It doesn't have any marks of any accident which shows it wasn't intentional broken.

I Bought a Yonex Duora 33 from amazon on 12th October and Its gone bad ( the handle joint got broken ) without a single scratch .I was using it as normal use only hardly played for 10-11 times Only ..Can yo please let me know How to claim the warranty for the product ?

Hello,
I bought a Yonex nanoray racket on 1st April 2022 and i hardly used it for 5 or 6 times in the whole month, when i went to play for drop shot, The handle of the racket broke so easily ...i am very frustrated on this ...i gave 1.4k and bought one racket and it doesn't have good quality means what kind of a scam you Yonex are doing here . I need this issue to be solved as soon as possible ...i am ready to return the product to you since it's broken, i m not able to do anything with it ...I need a replacement for the same, otherwise i need a refund on it .
I hope you will resolve my query at the earliest .
