Sir It has been just 2 months since I purchased the badminton shoes from Track store kothamangalam and sole of the right shoe has started detaching. I played only few games with this. I am a regular customer of Yonex products and it is the first time i am experienced this complaint. I have attached the copies, please do the needfull as soon as possible. Thanks Sree

    I have bought yonex badminton racquet voltric tour 88, i fell that racquet is fake one.i bought that racquet from chennai sports shop.the ID which in the shaft 5058880 and another ID 2102421D.can please this is orijinal racquet.i bought the racquet rs 5350.please clear my dought.

      I GOT A YONEX VOTRIC9 RACQUET FOR RS.3850 @ "KING FOOTWEAR AND SPORTS" ON 18/6/2014.THIS IS MY 3RD YONEX RACQUET OF DIFFERENT SERIES.I DOUBTED THIS PRODUCT TO BE DEFECTIVE DUE TO SHOULDER PAIN, BAD PLAY AND THE WHOLE PAINT OF THE RACQUET PEELED AWAY WHICH I DIDN'T EXPERIENCED IN MY OTHER TWO OLD RACQUETS. I COMPLAINTED THIS TO SAME SHOPKEEPER ON 8/9/2014 REGARDING THIS AND SHOWED HIM THE PRODUCT TOO.HE TOOK SOME 15-20 DAYS TIME AND TOLD THE PRODUCT WILL COME LIKE THAT ONLY AS HIS DISTRIBUTOR SAID AND IF POSSIBLE CONTACT "SUNRISE SPORTS INDIA PVT LTD" WHOLE INDIA YONEX PRODUCT SUPPLIERS. I CALLED[protected] AND RECEPTIONIST TRANSFERRED THE CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE MS.SHAZIA ON 22/SEPT/2014.I COMPLAINTED ABOUT THE PRODUCT, SHOULDER PAIN AND SAID I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT. SHE TOLD ME TO SEND THE RACQUET TO HER FOR INSPECTION.THE RACQUET WAS DELIVERED TO HER ON 25/SEPT/2014 AND CONFIRMED THROUGH PHONE.SHE ASKED ME TO CALL AFTER 3 DAYS AS SHE WILL SEND IT FOR INSPECTION.       THE PROBLEM IS SOLVED.THEY EXCHANGED ME WITH A NEW RACQUET WITH HIGHER VALUE AND THE DIFFERENCE AMOUNT PAID BY ME.BUT THE PERSON MS.SHAZIA TO BE CHANGED FROM THAT POSITION AS I FOUND MR. sharma1992 on Jul 1, 2014 COMPLAINTED THE SAME I DID.       Hi Team,

      I brought a badminton from your website : with brand name Yonex, on dated 16/03/2020. I have attached the invoice for your reference along with the product image. After we purchased the product, the lockdown rules were implied, due to which I could not place the return or replacement of the product. But, now as per the Amazon policy, I am unable to return or replace. The product s quality is not worth a single penny. Its wires are breaking of its own, they are too fragile.

        *ALWAYS SAYS THE PRODUCT IS IN SHIPMENT WHENEVER IT COMES ONLY SHE WILL DELIVER ME.

          Dear Sir/mam,

          I have bought a racquet Carbonex 8000 on 27th Sept 2014 and in few days on 7th Nov the ROD of the racquet got damage automatically while playing my shot, not even hit with floor or with any other racquet. I have returned this racquet to the shopper from where i bought it ( Chandigarh Sports in Sector 17 Chandigarh, main plaza) and he accepted it's manufacturing defect and promised me to swap my racquet as soon as possible. Kindly do the needful and help me in getting the new racquet as replacement of same. Looking forward for your quick response and support.

            I have bought one racket YYBD RQC (Yonex carbonex) on 25th of July 2014. With in few days(2-3 days) o[censored]sage the ROD of the racket got damage while playing the smash shot (No hitting on ground and no racket hits). I checked with the shopper from where i purchased the racket and they accepted it's manufacturing defect and routed me to get in touch with you with the image of racket and bill. You can find in attachment, Kindly do the needful and help me in getting the new racket as replacement of same. Looking forward for your quick response and support

              I had purchased a muscle power 29 which I claimed for a replacement on 11th June 2014. After contacting them after 7 days, which was next Wednesday 18th June 2014, i was told that my replacement has been approved from the technical department and will be available in next 3-4 days. Its been more than 2 weeks now and I am listening the same thing. Asking for an alternative from the customer service executive Shazia pervez ([protected]) that if not muscle power 29 you could give me a replacement of the same value, I was told that we are helpless and we cant help you unless its available.The tone in which she spoke was extremely arrogant. On asking her to connect me to a superior to discuss about the same matter and her arrogance, she refused and told me that she has no superior and she is the only concerned person. On top of everything, she is denying to accept the fact that the store from which i purchased the racket, is not their distributors. Whereas I got the number and office address of Sunrise Sports from the bulk order bill of Sunrise sports from my distributor. This is heights of being ridiculous.                 Received item - VTZFSP which is not an Item displayed in Yonex.com. How one can accept this undisplayed item in Yonex.com. Please explain how this racquet is available here in India and confirm this product's authenticity.
                MY SPORT CART said they have purchased from Sunrise Sports, Delhi, On 14MAR14 and contact directly with this complaint.

                  Badminton racket Muscle power 29 broke on second day of play by cracking on the side of the frame. On attempting a return while knocking on the second day of play the racket frame just snapped . I have been using yonex rackets for the past 15 years now and this is the first time that this has happened . I request yonex to investigate the matter and offer a replacement .

                    I purchase Yonex World Champ 85 Ltd JR Badminton shoes 3 months back. Very next day of purchase its tag holding whole broken. Now its pasting is opening. This product was imported & marketed by Sunrise Sports India Pvt Limited UGF-62 WTC Babar road New DELHI -110001. I contacted Sunrise Sports India Pvt limited Delhi customer care no [protected] 3-4 times. in last 3 months They are only time passing no solution till now even they refuse to entertain.
