Sunstar Club — Not received membership card | |||||
I have made payment of rs.38000 for sunstar club gold membership (In name of my wife shilpa a shah) which is a club of goodluck hotels pvt ltd on dt.23/3/2017 as full payment vide receipt no. 4955 as per their executive ms. Devangi mathukiya and sameer mansuri presentation to us in hotel pride ahmedabad. This payment made by my credit card standard chartered card (Rs.10000) and icici bank card (Rs.28000). After payment they told me that within 15-20 days we receive our welcome letter and membership card. I have waited for 25 days but not received and any welcome letter or any membership card. I had called ms. Devanshi the no. ([protected]) she had given me is wrong number then i called sameer mansuri ([protected]) but he is not receive my call. Then i called sunstar office no. ([protected],[protected] given in the receipt but that is also disconnected. I visited their office address given in receipt then understand that they have already closed office. So now i feel this is a cheating case with me. Please consider my case and i want to proceed legal in consumer court against this company for cheating case and get refund of my payment with interest.
