Sunstar Club — refund of rs. 50000/- | |||
Respectfully submitted that after receiving telephonic invitation, i alongwith my wife attended the camp at hotel bella vista, panchkula, haryana on 02.04.2017 organized by “goodluck hotels ltd.”. Your representative ms. Priyanka briefed us plan of sunstar the club and your manager mr. Vineet manchanda requested us to join the club. We accepted the membership of ‘sunstar the club‘ and signed a contract and paid of rs. 50000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) as advance payment through my sbi debit card. Mr. Vineet manchanda, manager, with whom the contract was signed assured that we will get the copy of contract through email and original contract through courier within a week. I called up mr. Vineet manchanda on mobile no. [protected] and he assured that same would be sent within a day but no mail/courier was sent. I called mr. Vineet manchanda several times on his mobile and every time he assured to send the mail/courier within 1-2 days. Thereafter his mobile remained switched off. I tried several times and every time his mobile was out of coverage area. Even till today his mobile is not reachable. More than 5 months are over and i have not received any e-mail/letter and no telephonic call from mr. Vineet manchanda. I also tried at the inquiry no. [protected] mentioned on the contract which is responding as “this number doesn’t exist”. This is the height of irresponsibility so i don’t want to be a member of ‘sunstar the club.’ 2. You are, therefore, requested to refund my money i. E. Rs. 50, 000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) alongwith interest at the earliest. I am enclosing herewith copy of the contract signed at hotel bella vista, copy of payment made to axis bank and copy of plan explained by your representative. Was this information helpful? | |||
