Supercell — the amount was deducted from my bank but did not received the product

I have purchased this season's gold pass from my supercell account for the clash of clans game on december 11th 2019, at the end of the transaction i have received an error message that the transaction has failed, but the amount was deducted from my bank account. I would like either get refunded or acquire the said gold pass. The transaction was done through inb times of money limited and i have my bank statement to show as proof for it. I would like to know the next course of action as well.

I bought the gold Pass in clash of clan the amount was deducted from my bank account but didn't received the pass. I also purchased pass previous month but that was successful, please resolve this problem. Either give me refund or the gol pass that I purchased
