My account was changed without my permission
I left playing clash of clans for personal reasons and when I when I try to login in another device I didn't receive any code. So when I checked my supercell account which was logged in to another device I found that my account was changed
So please help me in this situation and change my account to ([protected]@gmail.com)

On 26 th Nov 2023 I received a mail that something is wrong about my "SUPERCELL ID" and my clash of clan account is disconnected. I tried to login but failed to do so. I inquired about the situation from my friend and he said that someone else (i.e. a hacker) is playing with it. Since that day I have been constantly trying to connect /contact SUPERCELL but after sending 63 emails they are still not providing any assistance regarding the case.
I have been building my account since 2018 and having as well as provided every evidence for proving my ownership but they are not responding instead they put a DUMB OTTO named chatbot to handle the issue. They keeps on saying that their agent will respond in 48 hours and today it's been around 18 days.
The hacker is wasting my in-game resources and there is not a single hearing from them.
If humanity still exists, PLEASE HELP ME🙏🏻🙏🏻.

I have been playing this game since more then 5 years and on 15 august 2022 my account got locked for security reasons i gave all the evidences that i am the real owner but they failed to return my id

Really not happy with your service as I’ve tried to recover an old lost account which I’ve spent money on and provided evidence that it’s mine only to have my other accounts blocked and been ignored when asked to speak to a supervisor! Think it’s disgraceful how I’ve been treated considering I’ve been playing the game for 4years and spent alot of money on the game...

Unable to attack in war
Hlo supercell,
Clan wars has just started in my clan and I am unable to attack on the opponents bases because when I click on scout or on attack, it says try again later.
Even on the preparation day I was not able to scout the opponent bases,
And when I click on the opponents profile it shows - couldn't find a player with the provided tag.
It's completely unfair.
I have shared the screen shots of the opponent clan for evidence
I hope u will look into this matter and solve the issue as soon as possible 🙏

Purchase made but gems not credited
Amount is debited when we purchased gems in Brawlstars game but it is not credited. Did lot of follow up but no proper response. Shared all transaction information too. Please take action to stop other kids getting fooled. They are cheating.

Actually my almost 6years time invested and little bit money also invested in clash of clans games... Now they just without any proper reason got me banned... Now i have to begins without start this is not kindly ask them to recover my account:kalees

the amount was deducted from my bank but did not received the product
I have purchased this season's gold pass from my supercell account for the clash of clans game on december 11th 2019, at the end of the transaction i have received an error message that the transaction has failed, but the amount was deducted from my bank account. I would like either get refunded or acquire the said gold pass. The transaction was done through inb times of money limited and i have my bank statement to show as proof for it. I would like to know the next course of action as well.

I bought the gold Pass in clash of clan the amount was deducted from my bank account but didn't received the pass. I also purchased pass previous month but that was successful, please resolve this problem. Either give me refund or the gol pass that I purchased
