As per the terms of that supermax company i have paid the amount of 37500/-(processing fees + application fee) and they sent the bond papers to get signed, I did all the signatures and sent the papers they came back to my home as the address is not available, after that i am calling the mobile number It is out of coverage. i was talking with the person named arif ali. please help me kindly and get me my money refunded. I have paid 37500 as processing fees and they did not gave me loan. I have proofs of bonds and Amount deposited bank slips with me. I have already registered my complaint in consumer forum through online. I have been talking with the name Arifullah Mobile No;[protected] but it is switched off now.
