I have a flat in Cape Town . My flat no is 1301 in CS4 Tower. I booked it in dec 2010 but still i am waiting for possesion. No officials from ST givibg any specific reason. I talked to RK Arora, met to Mr Kheda & Sodhi. Bt every time i got false commitment.
They r real cheater making money from buyers bt not giving flat to them

I bought a shop in shoprix mall meerut. With a carpet area of 196 sq feet i paid full amount but on procession i measured and found it is just 165 sq feet. For last two months i am asking supertech limited to either provide the promised space or refund my money for 31 sq feet. But there is no response from the builder. Supertech limited has charged me more money and provided me less space. They are denying the written document i am very upset...
