To, Team CRM Supertech Limited. Subject : Position of Booked Flat Unit No –R004CN10102 Flat#0102 in NICOLAS 1 tower at Supertech CZAR Suites. Respected Sir, We have booked a flat at Supertech CZAR suites vide Order No.STC/Booking/2012/3034704 dated 19/05/2012 Ground Floor and super area of 870 Sqft.Same has been mentioned in the 07 June 2012 allotment letter.We have financed the above flat through public sector corporation bank and in the loan sanction letter the detail of Flat is “To purchase a flat bearing unit no ( R004CN10102?FLAT#0102) having area 870 SQ FT Ground floor in Nicolas 1 Tower in Supertech Czar Suites situated at plot no GH-02 Sector Omicron 1 Greater Noida UP costing Rs 2181903/-( Excluding Service Tax ETC)”. We have cleared all dues and No dues certificate has been issued by Supertech on 16.08.2014 and still we are waiting for position of our flat. When contacted Mr Rajiv Parkash he informed us that area of our flat has been increased and CRM team will contact us, but despite number of e mail to CRM team there is no response. So please do needful and take necessary action at your end so that we can get position of our flat. As per contact position of flat to be given in July 2013 but more than 2 year has passed still we have not got position of our flat With regards. I have booked 1945 sq ft flat in capetown project of supertech at noida in august 2011. As per agreement company was to deliver flat in august 2014 (including grace period of six month). Thereafter company was to pay compensation of Rs 5/ sq ft. In view of excessive delay some of buyers met with company and got assurance that company would pay them compensation at rate of Rs 10/ per sq ft in case company fails to give them possession even by March, 16. I wrote company umpteen times if the same principle will applied to me. company is not replying my letters or mail.

Dear Concern I have purchased flat in Greater Noida from Supertech “CZAR” in December-2012. As confirmed by builder flat possession was in July-2013 mention in agreement letter. Later builder kept telling reasons and kept on postponing the possession by 4-8 months. As on date it is more than 2 years. Every time I visit to builder office Noida Sector -59, they keep telling some authorisation related issues pending from government and kept on postponing the possession of my flat. As on date I have made the complete payment to the builder. Now though the flat is ready, finishing is still pending. Whenever we ask for Possession, CRM team of Supertech provides a new date, during latest visit to the Site we found that only 3-4 persons were working in the 22 Storey Tower. We were hoping for shifting before Diwali November-2015, but as usual SUPERTECH is in sleep mode. Hence I would like to launch the complaint against this builder to highlight this issue and seek any possible way to get the flat in my hand. Thanks & Regards; Karan K Kapil

I had filled an application form and given a chq for the project supertech echo village 2 in Sector 16B greater Noida in the month of oct 2015 .they give me scheme (2, 3, 3, 2) with subvention plan. After cheque clear agent say that there is no subvention plan.
Now he ask me to pay another 61k for new payment plan...
Please help me to solve problem..

Dear All,

We have booked a 2 BHK apartment in Nicolas-2 tower of Supertech Czar Suites in May 2012. The Promised date of possession was July 2013. It is more than 2 years after the Promised date of possession, but there is no possession till date. Whenever we ask for Possession, CRM team of Supertech provides a new date.

During latest visit to the site, we found that only 3-4 persons were working in the 22 storey Tower. We were hoping for shifting Before Diwali. But as usual SUPERTECH is in sleep mode.

Broker did fake commitment, did cutting on form, changed price and scheme before logging in my form. Now Supertech neither giving me the scheme promised by broker nor refunding my money. Have made several visits to supertech office.

Hi I have booked a flat in supertec sohna road project as subvention plan. After taking a cheque I haven't received any information for more than a month. After repeated follow up I could get hold of customers care who processed the papers and when issued the demand it was all incorrect both in terms of bsp as well as flat size. Since then I am reaching pillar to post for cancellation and refund. Firstly the contact will not respond to phone or emails. If they do the standard response is your case has been sent to management for approval. I had paid an Expression of Interest amount of Rs.1, 45, 150 vide cheque number 409486 dated 1/6/2015 drawn on U.C.O Bank in favor of SuperTech Limited A/C towards booking of residential unit in Azaliya, Sec 68, Gurgoan through Deepak Rana in June 2015. However, I do not wish to proceed further with the booking due to some unseen circumstances in my personal life and emailed respective representative for cancellation o[censored]nit and refund of EOI (Expression Of Interest Amount) on 7th Oct ASAP. NO REPLY RECEIVED till date. I had marked following person in email on 7th Oct Poonam Sharma Swati Manocha Shivangi Pradhan Baban Dhir Nitin Sharma No response have been received till date regarding refund processing confirmation. No ticket number, no reference ticket has been provided to me by Supertech. Below are my booking details Booking under name : Aniruddh Singh Jarial & Shashi Jarial Payment Scheme : Subvention Plan Cost : 6200 /sq ft Unit Size : 1020 sq ft I wish to cancel this EOI and request for a refund of paid amount of Rs 1, 45, 150. Dear team I have book a flat at sbasera sec 79 b Gurgaon after booking it I found that it is around 2 km away from nh8 and location is Also not good I submit a application to refund my amount on 5th may but as after five month no one ready to talk on it there is no proper response on it. No one in your office (Sector -59, Noida) giving correct information. I am having three flats in Ecocity project of Supertech Ltd. My experience had been pathetic, project overrun by 36 months and no compensation to buyers, build quality is poor and the builder tried to cheat me that I have to pay extra for club etc wherein I had made a down payment with all inclusive deal. Not trust worthy and you will repent buying such a poor quality property. I suggest stay away and if at all bought the property then please check all your documents and especially read the fine print.

Cheats of the highest orders. Very high ego, money has gone into their heads.Do not consider high court judgement anything. misinterpret the Supreme court stay on demolition. Deny any say of buyers. Themselves give options and donot fulfill any of them. Not given any powers to staff and it is below their dignity to meet buyers. Shame, never invest in this group. Should be sent to jail like Sahara owner.

Supertech basera results were announced on 4 sep 2015, today after 2 days neither company has published results on their website nor their agents are responding to the call or disclosing the result... some internal setting is going on...making people fool in name of affordable housing draws!!!

Booked apartment of size 1602 SQFT, now i measure apartment it is 1055 SQFT. Though we have not got possession, we 20 buyers fighting case in allahabad court. Friends you also measure your apartments..and convey your wellwishers to be away from this cheater.

I am sandeep gaur, My flat is in Supertech eco-village 1, I have signed my settlement letter on 8th June with Deepak Vohra, They told me that after 15 days they will send me mail regarding other documents and than finishing work will be started in my flat. After sending mails at email id provided by customer care([protected]@supertechlimited.com) I didnt got reply. I went to supertech office after 1 month crm team gave asked me to wait for 10 days and gave me number of Alok Khanna, deepak vohra, chandan raj. After that I tried to call them but no one pick up calls, I sent emails to all of them and crm also, but no reply again. After that I visited supertech office again now they asked me to wait for 10 more days and gave me email and extensions of Guneet, pooja diwakar, reena, rohit kumar. I am calling and sending mails no one giving me the status. Each time they told me it is in accounts but they are not telling me why it is stuck in accounts.

Uper tech out of agreement Charges claim from customers in Eco village -1 1. farmer Compensation Charges @ Rs50 per SQ Ft + S. tax 2 Labour Welfare Charges @ RS 20 Sq Ft + S. tax 3 Water Connection Charges Rs. 25000/- + S. tax & Interest Charges @ 24 % after timly payment against demand notice No Any person talk above charges in Super tech office. Very Bad behavior with customer Super tech Employee and ask if you do not paid timely these charges, your Poisson letter not given to you, . you free to move court against these charges.
