Deeply disappointed with the approach that the management has toward customer complaint resolution...I have no.option than to go to RERA.
Supertech hilltown is a flop show.
Under subvention plan the possession was to be given in 3 year time starting 2015.
India bulls is after my life for repayment of Dues.
Supertech as per agreement is not.paying Indiabulls.
This is really poor.situation I am caught up in.
I need refund along with penalty with in a weeks time.

My flat of azure of sector 34 was promised to deliver on 20 march is still not given, and i am bearing the cost of it from last 2 months. My loan n purchase was done in january and still na koi saman laga kr dei rhe hai na hi ghar deliver kar the hai.. Mei emi n rent dono bhar rha hu

This is regarding the defamatory behavior of your security staff and employees vinit yadav (Supervisor), dilip (S. O), vinit yadav, and nitin yadav (Maintenance office) towards my guardians during the entry from the gate no. 2. I am shubham sharma respectable person of this society living at tower no. C12, flat no. 1706, supertech ecovillage 2 and working as media person in delhi doordarshan with good learning and character. As a resident, i ask you to look into it that the order of cease and desist of slander should be put into action immediately.
My guardian has asked for the verification and they did verify my rent agreement to confirm my residence but still, your maintenance office staff and the above-mentioned person did not allowed them to get enter and misbehaved with them and said "dalla" and warned me to meet at char murti after their job to show their domination threat. Even after calling to maintenance staff, they were incapable to reveal the name and contact number of the misbehaving staff. Even i am not very sure about the information given by the maintenance as they were misbehaving and threatening. Some other resident also facing the same problem.

These harassing behaviors of your employees have led to the worsening of a mental state by threatening and misbehaving.

I am planning to take a stray against this fraud company as they all are fraud and including staff member in crm are always give threating speacially customer head for eg arora ji now he is dealing with some other department, now i have consulted with my lawyer until mr arora will not give aplogise letter i dont care about my fund but i will take the stray on romano project as supertech (Fraud company) forcefully hold my fund without my permission which i will claim 10times whatever amount i have given to them.

I have book flat in 2012 and they change tge project name from renesa to romano and i have ask to refund my money from that date till only pretends are going on and customer support head has change thrice and everyone pretend and given me threaten they will not refund my fund whatever i can do and everytime forcing me to take unit on current rate today whicgb i am not abke to agree as i need the fund back to me with interest from 2012 as i have given 18lakh approx amount to supertech which they are not giving back to me.

Super-tech was responsible for paying the monthly emi that i have with pnb housing finance. They have stopped reimbursing the amont since jan 2020 and i had to pay the emi for 3 months from my account which was not part of the initial agreement. They have stopped replying to my emails and have referred me back to the broker whom i don't have any information about. I asked them to share the broker details but they have failed to share that too with me. Things were smooth till dec 2019 but now they have stopped entertaining my complaint and no-one from their comany has called to discuss the problem with me. I have made close to 100 calls since jan and spoke to multiple customer care people but all of them have the same answer. All fake promises and no resolution.

We booked a unit in mar 14 at supertech golf village, yamuna expressway. We were to be given possession in sep 17. They never intimated the reasons for delay or likely possession date. When we approached them to refund the amount we had paid, we were informed that they have no funds. Asked to give this in writing, the company representative refused. We don't know what options are we left with. We were told that there are many others similarly seeking refund but no one has been given the amount. The crm could also not tell us as to when, if at all, the units would be ready

Myself sunny nahata having a flat no 602 in tower b2 in your project eco village 3. I got possession of flat on 23rd march 2019. At that time my bank asked to provide registry of flat but you said that registry will be done after 6 - 8 months later. Now again in bank's audit they are demanding registry of my flat and asking why it has not been executed by your builder when you have got possession your flat.
I am also unable to understand that why it is being late for registry when possession and completion certificate have been sent by noida authority.
Every time i am being harassed by your simply saying that registry not yet started, even though you have committed to me at that time. It is being a lot of burden to me and i am getting mentally torcher by you every time. If anything happens to me that will be a great loss to my family and you will be the only person for this reason because of your ruduly behaviour to me on my phone.
So this my humble request you to kindly specify your reason for registry and when it will be done and provide this thing on your official letter on urgent basis.

Booked apartment in 2014 and paid rs. 1.24 cr for the apartment. Was originally told that the apartment would be delivered in 2017 but nothing till date and the construction is also not complete yet. From 2018 onwards, i’ve been paying the emis and then company paid for couple of months and stopped again for the last 5 months. I’ve been suffering as i put all my savings into this property and wanted a place for my parents. I’ve been paying their rest from last 5 years and have not got any apartment delivery. If you’re facing the same issue, let’s join hands to get this sorted.

I am leaving in super tech eco village 1. I choose to leave in society seeing that security concern, but in eco village 1 anyone can enter without checking and my information. Also facility compare to maintenance is nothing. Need a clear guideline to super tech team and entire team need to change as they don't have enough experience of consumer service.

I booked unit in officer enclave unit no. E25/e25b on 30th jan 2017 in gurgaon. Icici bank has also disbursed them entire amount. At the time of booking possession date was november 2019. However, the project get delayed already.

I tried calling their support and wrote several emails about the next possession date. However, they are not responding to any of my query. The construction status on their website is pretty old and doesn't look like it is proceeding towards completion

I looked the flat with investor clinic. I have been cheated by all three big time icici bank, investor clinic and supertech (Fraud builder).

Now, the possession date is still very far, supertech has also suddenly stopped paying pre-emi, asking the customers us to pay for the same. Bank person also calling and threating for non bailable warrant issuance.

I contacted many persons in supertech but till now no satisfactory response is received. Supertech is not responding to any emails or phone calls, while the outstanding is piling on with the bank

What aboout security if customer in this country. What action against such cheat buliders who are eating innocent people money and leaving others empty hands

I had booked/purchased a 2 bhk in supertech eco village-2, greater noida (West) clp plan in sep 2012.

My flat details: eco village-2, tower: c6, flat: 1803

1as per allotment letter register through e - stamp between supertech & me super area of my flat was 1010 sqft.

But now builder supertech in his pre - possession outstanding statement asking from me (Consumer) for extra money as a price for differential area + taxes.
Because supertech claimed that now they had increase super area of my unit by 96 sqft so now as per builder supertech new super area of my unit is now 1106.
But neither supertech had informed us nor taken our approval regarding increasing super area.
Even supertech is not sharing with us details of increase area in our unit.

2 in pre possession out standing statement supertech is also charging from buyer additional compensation charges charges @inr 65/sqft +taxes.

3 in pre possession out standing statement supertech is also charging from buyer labour welfare charges charges @inr 20/sqft +taxes.

4 in pre possession out standing statement supertech is also charging from buyer additional escalation charges.

Please protect our consumer interest.

As we paid 8.5 lacs extra to be in subvention, what is the use for the same if we are paying emi for the construction which was delayed by the builder. Since oct 2019, there is no further process.

I have booked a flat in supertech azalia (T2/707) in 2016 under the subvention plan. I have already paid 10% (Around 4.5 lakh) and have my loan approved of 80% with HDFC housing bank. That time they gave the possession date of dec 2019 and it was agreed that during the subvention plan, the pre-emi would be paid by the builder till i get the possession. I got to know there was no construction happening on the site and now they saying that possession date has been extended and its undefined as of now. Another shocker for me was that bank has started deducted pre-emi from my account, which as per agreement builder should be paying the interest (Pre-emi) till i get the possession. No one is picking up the phone from the site and their web site is down as well. I called supertech helpline and they saying the company is facing some financial losses that's why they are not able to pay pre emi to bank. I am paying that amount every month which is against their agreement under the subvention scheme. I feel like cheated here and need help to get this resolved. Even at this time cancellation is also not a solution as around 15% to 16 % of total flat value will be charged for cancellation.

I've bought flat of 2bhk, area1010sq. Ft., in tower c-9, in the year 2012. Possesion should be given in2015as per norms. But still i have not received any information regarding possession. L've taken loan also, only 5%left which is suppose to be given at the time of possession. L m not even getting tax rebate on my loan.
Please let me know when you're ready for possession as it is too late.

I booked my unit in Supertech Hues Sector 68 Gurgaon in 2013, since then the projects has been keep on delaying and now it seems the construction has stopped altogether . I dont see they will provide possession any sooner looking at the current status of project.
I have booked it under subvention scheme but for last 1 year the builder has stopped paying the pre-emi as well.
Customer care went irresponsive. There is no one to listen to customer.

5. That on 09.08.2011 complainant booked office space in the project supertech e-square being developed by the supertech limited at noida on 10th floor with unit no. C029es1005 and super area 641 sq. Feet for a total sales consideration of rs. 57, 18, 713/- (Rupees fifty-seven lakh eighteen thousand seven hundred and thirteen only). That complainant made a total payment of 24, 25, 000/-

We have booked a flat in supertech ecovillage 2 tower a2 in june 2010.
The flat was supposed to be delivered in 2014.

It is been 9 years from booking time we are still waiting for possession.
We have already paid 95% of flat cost.

I these years many time we followed crm team, but they always came up with new possession date.
