Supertech — cross up rera define date as well

Dear sir,
I booked a 3 bhk flat in supertech limited eco village 3 in 12.07.2016,
Which was supposed to be delivered by oct-2017, till today date, i did not receive my flat till now. It stands in same situation and management are not trying to fulfill the commitment.
Supertech already crossed the up rera deadline that was mar-2019. I want to know about action of such builder.
Why did not register for fir for supertech management team who cheated the buyer.

I put my hard-earned money and got emi burden, rent pressure and income tax load, its being more than 3 years and possession is not clear.
