[Resolved]  Supr Daily — Cashback not received

On 19th September I placed an order using coupon code WEEKENDICICI worth Rs401. The amount got debited from card but got added to supr wallet as the item was not available at the delivery date which was mentioned before placing order. I asked Support to refund the amount as I didn't wanted to add money instead wanted to use coupon for getting cashback. The support said that they have tracked the order 81639930 and I should proceed with the order with wallet balance and they will merge the order and credit cashback manually after order gets placed. I proceeded with the order after which I asked for cashback, they told that they are a national company and cant do it till order gets delivered. After delivery I again asked for cashback by providing the order number. They told me to wait 24 hours and as the coupon was applied they have raised a complain. After 24 hours I found asked again and they said no coupon was applied.
