[Resolved] Supr Daily — horlicks 200 gm chocolate health drink with high price charged on website | |
Hi sir and ma'am, Very good afternoon. Herewith i would like to lodge a complaint against supr daily that they charging high price on their website against the price printed on products. Recently i had purchased a horlicks 200 gm chocolate health drink bottle whose actual mrp printed on the bottle is rs.105 where as they have charged rs, 295 which was there on the website, after that i had lodged a complaint against the company through their customer care but the customer care executives told me that i will be getting a refund after 48 hours. Since then i am following them but no action has been taken yet. And they are not responding after so many days continuous complaints. After that also no changes has been done on their website regarding the price. Please take some action against these kinds of fraud happening through online shopping by the sellers. Just to inform you that nothing has been resolved from the suprdaily side and there is no email sent to me against the complaint lodged for Horlicks 200 gm bottle from the company. My wallet balance also showing still 0 as there is no refund done from the company yet. simply they are chatting with us and no serious action has been taken yet, please help.
