Suprdaily — Milk packets delivered on the ground at the gate

The deliveryman delivers the milk at the gate which is accessible to the cats and many street mongers as our house is located on the main street.

1. On the 10th of November, I have not received milk packets at all but the status showed that the packets were delivered.

2. Inspite of giving instructions to the customer service to have the deliveryman come inside the gate, walk up to the wooden door near the car park and deliver the milk packets inside the milk bag, it wasn't done today also.

3. I found my only two milk packets out of which one was damaged and the other one had dirt on it.

Ever since I took up the milk delivery service, I've been facing problems with the service. I am so disappointed with the service.

4. The customer service girl Sindhu on chat today was quite rude, inspite of telling her to address me as ma'am, she went on addressing me by my name.

5. Today also ( 14th of November) the milk packet was delivered on the ground at the gate.

I would really like this issue resolved as soon as possible.
