I have been a regular customer of suprdaily until now these people just make you pay for subscription but at the time of delivery they say we don’t perform operation at your location. Its like what you guys were doing from last 4 months didnt you guys provide delivery at that time during covid half of society took subscription of this company on my referral and now these people are treating us only as fool and have looted our money...

I had ordered 6 mangos on 14-Mar, and found 4 mangos were rotten. I had raised complaint on same day asking for verification and refund. Later the request was marked as resolved with comments "Refund in progress" and without actual refund. When called them on 16-Mar, executive promised that he will process request and refund... The deliveryman delivers the milk at the gate which is accessible to the cats and many street mongers as our house is located on the main street.

1. On the 10th of November, I have not received milk packets at all but the status showed that the packets were delivered.

2. Inspite of giving instructions to the customer service to have the deliveryman come inside the gate, walk up to the wooden door near the car...

I am staying in dheeraj uphar chs which is behind dindoshi bus depot mumbai. I am using service of suprdaily who supplies milk on a daily basis but suddenly today i. E. 17th may it is stopped. Reason provided that due to covid issue supply is stopped in my area but in the same building supply is on by the same vendor.
I logged the complaint and have not received any resolution.

First they delivered for 20 days correctly and next your order will not be delivered. This is issue i am facing on date december 6and 7 2019. I already complain the issue. They told me to wait for 30 minutes. But time is gone. Still my aavin green 500 ml packet is not delivered yet. Service assurance is worst. They cannot able to solve my issue. I strongly don't recommend and believe this company....

At 23:01 PM, 04.09.2019, I have called SuprDaily contact to raise a concern about (1) broken eggs delivered in the morning and (2) I had ordered milk around 7:30 PM in the evening but it was not showing for scheduled delivery. Regarding the broken eggs I had raised concern at 7:09 AM and throughout the day there was no response. When I checked the failed status of the milk order I called at 23:01 PM tonight. I have ordered 2 pouches of dodla curd for 44 rs on tuesday 11 jun 2019.
The order status in mobile app changed to delivered but the items are not delivered. After that when i call customer care, they say that the delivery team has not updated properly, so they refund the money to their wallet (Not to the bank account).
This has been happening for more than 2 weeks and each time they say one or the other excuses but the product...
