At 23:01 PM, 04.09.2019, I have called SuprDaily contact to raise a concern about (1) broken eggs delivered in the morning and (2) I had ordered milk around 7:30 PM in the evening but it was not showing for scheduled delivery. Regarding the broken eggs I had raised concern at 7:09 AM and throughout the day there was no response. When I checked the failed status of the milk order I called at 23:01 PM tonight. Some lafy named Shubha (I think) picked up the call (check your log for reference) and instead of any willingness to resolve the issue she started charging me why did I not call throught out the day and if I have raised the concern with Whatsapp team then why am I asking her? She also said that there was a hige "inflow of calls" so I should not be bothered that nobody responded to my messages regarding the broken eggs. Is this how you train your executive to speak to your customers? I understand that your team may be very busy attending to 'more important problems'. I also understand technical fault duue to which the order was not placed. I also accept that it's my fault to 'disturb' your customer support executives by waking them up at 11 PM although calling hours are given as 6 AM to 12 AM but is there any timeline as to when your 'super efficient team' will get time to address the queries? I have sent emails in the past regarding various issues to puneet.[protected]@suprdaily.com,
[protected]@suprdaily.com, [protected]@suprdaily.com but it seems NOBODY BOTHERS. Seeing no end to regular follow ups, I am forced to complain here. I don't even expect to receive any call even after posting this complaint but if any of the founders/ team members of Suprdaily come across this complaint please ask yourself is this how you plan to run this business.. I will just consider my money wasted on a team of cheap fraudsters.
