Suprdaily — Pathetic customer support

I had ordered 6 mangos on 14-Mar, and found 4 mangos were rotten. I had raised complaint on same day asking for verification and refund. Later the request was marked as resolved with comments "Refund in progress" and without actual refund. When called them on 16-Mar, executive promised that he will process request and refund... After some days, I was not getting an option to call, but to have chat options... Over there, I talked with 4 executives, on 23-Mar, 24-Mar, 25-Mar and today 26-Mar... Every executive had promised for assurance.. but they didn't... Even escalated to next level... No updates until I checked with them next day... Is this a system where customers value is absolutely zero? Could you not value customers and just value your profits?
