Suprdaily — product not delivered for more than 3 times but status in app shows delivered

I have ordered 2 pouches of dodla curd for 44 rs on tuesday 11 jun 2019.
The order status in mobile app changed to delivered but the items are not delivered. After that when i call customer care, they say that the delivery team has not updated properly, so they refund the money to their wallet (Not to the bank account).
This has been happening for more than 2 weeks and each time they say one or the other excuses but the product is not delivered or the money is not credited back to the bank account.
