i naveen jain from ref. of my friend asked mr tarun budhiraja in dec 2015 to book a honeymoon package for my nephew mr ankit bansal and shilpi gupta in march mid.

He gave me option of 14th march to 22nd march and i confirmed him the dates.
the package was 4night Singapore and 3 nights cruse.

I requested him to give best package and he told me to give 5 star package with one night in marina bay and three night in park royal and then three nights in star cruse and send all the details on mail except flight details.

The total package was for Rs.268000 including breakfast and dinner(as i requested him for include dinner also) and i told him to include all as my nephew was traveling first time out of Delhi and we need everything paid except lunch.

which included:

Daily Breakfasts and Dinner, City Tour of Singapore, Night Safari, Sentosa with all rides, Universal Studio, Singapore flyer, All transfers, Singapore Visa

Next day tarun called me and asked me to transfer star cruse to royal Caribbean with balcony as it was better option then before and asked me to pay Rs 50000 extra and i agreed as we needed the best and he convinced me for the same and the package was increased to Rs 318000.00 ( usd 4746 and Singapore dollar 6490)

now see the seen what happened:

a) flight booked was air asia XD7-183 without meal from delhi 11.40pm to kulalalampur to reach 7.30am then halt of 4 hours and airasia AK711 to Singapore from 12.40pm and 1.40pm reach Singapore marina bay hotel.

b) we paid for meal in airasia and had it.

c) our dinner in marina bay was included but they refused and i called tarun and he also refused for dinner inclusive and we had a hard talk but he refused to give dinner and we paid our self and had.

d) i resend tarun email of dinner inclusive and then he told me that i was mistake of Ms. preeti working in his office and then only he provided us 3 coupon of some Indian restaurants near park royal hotel some third class restaurant.

e) in santosha we got only 4 rides tag/coupon, only single entry as we were told for unlimited ride, but we don’t have same in writing.

f) finally returning from cruse to Delhi we were dropped to airport at 8.30am in morning and our flight to Delhi was airasia AK710 from kualalampur to Singapore 2.05pm " again halt to 6 hours" and reach Singapore at 3.10pm

g) then from Singapore to delhi Airasia XD7-182 at 7.00pm " again halt of 4 hours" and reach Delhi at 10.00pm

“This was the 5 star honeymoon package for Rs 318000.00" FOR 7 DAYS.

Finally i told my friend and he took Tarun on conference and TARUN started shouting and abusing me LOUDLY which you can hear in the attached audio.


All the mails and tickets are attached with this mail and i hope you will seriously take my complaint.
