Suresh Babu — tata sky tv remote replacement

I have ordered tata sky orginal hd remote, od[protected]... On 1 oct 2017 but i got it after 15 days.. I. E..15 oct 2017, but i found that is duplicate product an which am not happy with that product hence requested for replacement the same day.. I. E..15 oct, also spoke with flipkart customer care as well,. But there is no improvement... Then 2nd time spoken with customer care 0n 26 oct, they said it will be resolved before 30 oct 2017...
This kind of worst service getting from flipkart... Am last 4 years regular customer... But am not at all happy with flipkart... Let see this compliment will work or not... Good by
