I have ordered yesterday paying cash one plus one but sim is not working in that mobile, i ask surpluss .com for replacement but they asked me to get a letter from service centre for the replacement but its ridiculous ki they dont replace immediately, its very bad after buying also we have face lot of trouble...

Hi, I have received a Redmi 1s mobile phone on 09/13/2015. This is a defective phone. Charger is not at all working. Not able to open any app. Always saying Space running out even after deleting apps. Always showing Unfortunately Apps stopped. Wi-Fi not connecting. Taking long time to switch on and off.
