On Friday[protected] i was contact Surplus.in customer care and informed my purchase details. And i asked him to cancel my online purchase order for refund the credit card amount to my account. He replied that with in 48 hrs we will cancel your order and will get confirmation mail. But till now i don't get any confirmation mail and refund amount. Please take action for my query.     I have parches a mobile from surpluss.in website, Handset have some issue so i go in Samsung service center, but they are saying this handset already referbused in 2013, So they are accepting as 6 month warranty, this website making fool to customer, I have already complain on her department but still not resolve...

      I have booked moblie in your surpluss. In its order no :[protected] and marked as it has been delivering by awa bluedart with tracking no:[protected] and assured to delevered with in 3 day i. E up to 15. 05. 2015. I have yet not received my mobile phone. It means that your site is totally fraud site. Cheating with innocent people and gabbing there value money, it is not fair if you not provided my phone or returning money i will disclose your fraud in media and thorugh internet all over the world. Do not make fraud of innocent people.
      if you really want to make business pl make it in fair and clear way otherwise it will definitely spoil your business.;
      how many time you will cheat people one day you have to pay for it.
      Your phone no of airtel [protected] no one responding to customer that means you people simplify cheating the innocent people.it is better to beg money from the people instead of cheating because it only wish evil for you.

        Hi, I have punches a phone from your website Surpluss.in they did not provide proper invoice format without below details1. Stamp of dealer2.VAT/TIN3. Service tax4. Mobile Model number with IMEI Service center not accepting this invoice without given details and they are also not returning or replacing phone from last 1.5 month, i think they cheating us.I have already communicate with them lots of time but still no resolve..           Order No[protected]. I bought a mobile on march 13th, and they have sent a faulty mobile so asked them to take the mobile return, didn't get proper reply so I complained on mouth-shut on 17th march, got a call immediately and returned the mobile on march 19th and the returned product reached them on 22nd march. Still now I didn't get the money back. I was keep on calling and mailing them. No reply for mails, rarely they will reply for mails, for last 20 days I have called them more than 30-35 times, every time we need to explain full details about the purchase. They are saying they don't have access to check mails. I have sent my account details many times, during call they will say money will be credited in 48 hours, I have waited many 48 hours. Worst customer service, today before some time my call was connected, again I explained from starting and I said I don’t know Hindi for many times, again and again he replied in Hindi, they are playing with customers and irritating. If you are talking continuously they will put the call on hold and will never answer. Some times they will give personal number and ask to call if money is not credited, but they never pick the call. Don't know when I will get my money back.Please don't buy anything from this site. Very worst customer service.
