[Resolved]  Surya Gas Agency — Non delivery of cylinder after getting signature.

My consumer no. is 27316472. I had booked for refilling on 13.01.2014 and the booking ref was[protected]. The deliveryman ( his name may be Santosh) came on 24.01.2014. He first of all taken our signature. Then we insisted him to weight the cylinder. He said that he have not weighting machine. Then we weighted the cylinder on our machine and the cylinder found under weighted. Then we insisted him to deliver correct weighted cylinder. Then he told that i will be back within 10 minutes with a correct weighted cylinder but he never returned back.And a message that the cylinder has been delivered in above booking ref. has been received on mobile. Then I reminded him on 24.01.2014 on his mobile no.[protected] to deliver the cylinder and he had told me to come and deliver the cylinder by evening of that day but he didn't returned till date.
