Visiting this hospital was a complete disappointment and regret. I found the hospital receptionist and pharmacy person more courteous then the doctor. I had taken my 2.5 year old child for consultation and he was attended by dr. Ganesh shiwarkar. The doctor was hardly interested in listening the case background and insisted on know exactly what he wanted. He sounded as if he is already irritated and was not will to consult but just wanted to finish-off.In brief they are running business with hardly any sense of empathy with the patient. On top of it the consultancy fee charged was rs. 700 which is absolutely unreasonable since the doctor never did the consultancy but actually a formality to finish off. It would have been more satisfying to visit a road side small clinic and save money then visiting this so called big hospital which just has huge infrastructure to show but lags in being sensitive and courteous towards the patients. Dr Sachin Shah is a good businessman rather than a good doctor. He has business targets and after reaching TARGET do not check or attend patients. We had a horrible experience with this doctor and his front office team at Surya mother and child care hospital in Wakad. The most sad thing rather call is shameful on part of this so called specialist Dr Sachin Shah is he even did not attended my 7 day old infant who was not well merely on the grounds that he only visit 10 patients in evening between 3pm to 4pm. We waited from 2:30 pm at hospital and he finished his patients by 3:30pm.Merely on grounds that he finished 10 patients he denied service. How can a doctor do this that too towards 07 months old baby. Plz if you love ur kids avoid going to such mentality doctors for whom money and attitude is greater than treatment and service...SACHIN SHAH JUST WATCH...GOD IS WATCHING AND YOU WILL REGRET SOON AS MANY PEOPLE'S CURSE IS UPON YOU.
