I am Dr. Mohini, had contacted Dr. Sachin Shah for an emergency of my 6 yr old nephew. After getting him admitted there, the patients parents faced a lot of problems there, the staff wasn't paying attention. Staff not responding quickly to pt call. Pt Had 103 temp & nurses said wait we are busy. Later we were requesting for a room change, but no one was ready to help on this. They made me move around from one counter to other but of no use....

We took our little one to the hospital early morning as she was not able to breath due to a infected throat (Courp) which normally in other hospitals/doctors will give one round of antibiotics + nebulisation for the inflammation to away. But the duty doctor made us shift to the nicu for no reason.
After couple of hours in nicu we got shifted to gen ward, as were given antibiotics and nebulization for a day. Which we would have done...

Visiting this hospital was a complete disappointment and regret. I found the hospital receptionist and pharmacy person more courteous then the doctor. I had taken my 2.5 year old child for consultation and he was attended by dr. Ganesh shiwarkar. The doctor was hardly interested in listening the case background and insisted on know exactly what he wanted. He sounded as if he is already irritated and was not will to consult but just wanted...
