I am doing money transfer work with Suvidha Infoservice ltd for last 2.5 years, my RT Code is 269761(Dev Communication) .

In last sep, 2017 on 07.9.2017 Suvidha company steal of amounting rupees 42000/- from my above mention RT code, from that day I have made so many complaint for refund the amount in the company, but they dont send any amunt in code . They stolen 42000/- from my portal without any confirmation.

Now they dont refund my whole amunt and refues to refund it, pls file my complaint agist the company on that baiss.

My problem mai aapne suvidaa working capital pe 23oct 2017 ko morning me 08:20:08 me aapne yes bank se 40000rs tecproess kar raha tha. Amount bank se kat gaya but suvidaa working capital me balance update nahi hua. Bank ko maine complain kiya to bank ka kahana hai ki ye paisa merchant ke payment getway me ruka hua hai sir plz solve this txn 3 month ho cuka hai plz sir solve thix prolem.

Sir, i purchased a leather coat from Suvidha Panipat. I have a copy of invoice as well. Its price is Rs 3500 and it is defective
The material used is so poor and and they are refusing to do anything
They are not even doing something on thier part to get it repaired to replaced
Please help me
It was so costly
I wore it for the maximum of 5-6 times

It's been more than 8 months and I have not received the refund .I want my refund as soon as possible.I have sent numerous mails to them even to their support team, but they always say that they are working on this and then there's no response from them

Coz der a office has been opened in dudum cantonment near dumdum railway station. N hv suvidhaa any connection with @tulip health n wealth fare??? Now d office, located in dumdum has mad taken 2 managers in basirhat. The office has committed dat dey gv loans to needy public. As per d instruction d 2 managers hv collected 10 field officers for public connection. N now d officers already hv taken much 2 lacks from market. Each customer gave 350/ for loan (Dis money is taken for insurance n quarter-health checkup). Even d office committed dat d customers can recharge der mobiles, can get tickets of rail n flights by using their machine. Rs 25000/ total is tken from d 2 managers n d f. This is the information that i can share with you. Please call me back. I need more details on this transaction, i am from hyderabad, i haven't made any such transaction since 2 months. I would like to know more details on this transaction that happened on your company service provider form my sbi debit card.

I am trying to reach out on customer care which is of no use. Don't run your services if you guys are not ready to support customers through customer care. I am calling since 2 hours there is no answer except saying that all representatives are working for other members and asking me to stay online for more than an hour.

Please update right customer care number also with good response/support.

This is so disgusting and irritating.

Kai company wale wale aate hai credit per toupop balance de ke work karne ko. Jise new company wale ko hamare suvidhaa me paise 28000 ruke (Block amount) ka batata hoon to savi fir or consumer fir etc kare ko kahe rahe hai jisme aab tak ke pura lost ka muaabja v mile jayega

I am sangeet shah from surat. My father having money transfare shop. I am working with suvidhaa company from last 2.5year. I have 17166/- rs balance into my suvidhaa account. They suddenly stop their money trans fare service without inform us. My suvidhaa company daily promised me to start their service after 2day. 1month gone they continues promised me to start their service but still not start their service. They forcefully stop all service to trans fare balance to another application like jiomoney, mobikwik.

Please help me sir to get back my money back. My suvidhaa company is cheater company

I m japneet and the name of person is sorabh mehta. He cheat on the name of send us foreign and take 3 lakh for 2years work permit of singapore but he cant fullfill his own words. Now the time he himself wants to go out of country and he even dont attend our calls. We affraid of him that he dont want to give us our money back. We just wamt justice either he give us proper visa or hive us our money back. We are from middleclass family and 3 lakhs is really big amount for us but sorabh is not at all serious about it. I request you to take appropriate step against him

your sales person come to my place and taken the chq of Rs 7500 on 26.12.2016 and same is debited from my account on 30.12.2016 bank name is bharat bank and chq no . 125331 but till date your EDC machine is not installed and no reply from your company, so we are taken new EDC machine from Karnataka bank they provide the machine within 15 days, so i heartlly requesting you kindly do the refund on priority. your sales person is very pathetic and he never receive my calls after taking chq.

Today i have paid my LIC premium Rs.3481 through suvidha care at centre below wadala bridge . my policy no is[protected]. I had given 4000 n person in centre given back 500. I requested him to give Rs19. he refused to give back 19 saying (कंपनी हमे कुछ नही देती) even though i showed him line on receipt (No service charge for premium paid at suvidha point)
I request you to kindly stop this type of malpractice at ur centre

This is to inform you that despite of complaining several times about this issue i had just been given numerous complaint numbers and told that this message will be forwarded. For testing purpose i had to swipe whether the machine is really working or not. But till today i haven't received my amount of rs.700 to my account. Its not just a matter of rs.700, incase i would have swiped a big amount then might be i would be in a big trouble. The ezee tap swiping card machine service is really worst. My complaint id's are 10421217 / 10429079 / 10436518. Today all of sudden i received a mail that my complaint has been closed. Without resolving a customer complaint how it can be closed. Also attaching the receipt of state bank showing that my amount of rs. 700 had been debited from my personal account.

A person has called from the mobile # [protected], [protected] and talked like a sbi employee. He informed that we will send new card, also he shared all his details like employee i'd, branch address etc. He acted and made us believe whatever he has told. And asked us to share the card # and otp to send the new atm card. And he debited 4999 via suvidhaa info serve. Request u to cancel or stop transaction transfer our money back to us.

I have received a call from [protected], [protected] he tell something that we are giving you 10000 rs point on your credit card.and asked my card detail, after giving detail he cheated me and debited 4999 rs .kindly requesting you that you give me my money back, other wise i am moving to consumer forum for solution.

I had a small shop with recharge and money transfer suvidaa id 194298 one of my customer made a transfer of rs 4000 and the amount did not reach account and bounced back transaction id[protected] the customer lost the sim and he applied for mobile no change with an affidavit of rs 100 at mumbai head office i refunded him the amount as got assurance from area sales manager for refund it is now 9 months passed i many times called head office and they always assured me they are looking in the matter but nothing done.
I have stopped doing any business through suvidhaa since then but my money was never refunded
