Suvidhaa — Not satisfied with the service at all

I purchase suvidhaa on 22nd Aug-2015, The suvidha guy promise me after 10 days he will come for software training. but till date he has not shown his face. For the same i registered a complaint No(S 0423557) and resolution date given was 15th sept.but it is not solved. For same i made a mail to them but no reply till date. They have their toll free no.where they says give a missed call and we will call you with in 15 min.(No.[protected] But they never call with in 15 min.and sometimes they dont call on same day.whenever i call customer care they told me you can not lock complaint against it ( call back).Like this they are doing false marketing and cheating with the customers. So please help me. I am tired now with suvidha .
