We recently visited Puri, odisha for a small trip. I visited a local travel agent who informed was a Suvidha irctc approved agent " Millennium Tours & travels". i booked my train tickets from Howrah Jn to Patna Jn via Howrah Danapur Express, for 2nd September, in 1st AC two berths. PNR No. [protected], Train No. 12351, Transaction ID - [protected], Since there was a union band all India on the 2nd, I got my ticket cancelled over the phone through this agent in Puri. I received an SMS of Rs. 2400 refund to be collected, then on i have been trying to contact this agent over phone, and he is sometime taking my call and ensuring he would return the money. But till date there has been no refund. i had shared my bank account details also but the effort has been in vain. I am herewith enclosing the ticket copy given by him and the payment slip made through my card as a proof. Please help.
