your sales person come to my place and taken the chq of Rs 7500 on 26.12.2016 and same is debited from my account on 30.12.2016 bank name is bharat bank and chq no . 125331 but till date your EDC machine is not installed and no reply from your company, so we are taken new EDC machine from Karnataka bank they provide the machine within 15 days, so i heartlly requesting you kindly do the refund on priority. your sales person is very pathetic and he never receive my calls after taking chq.

    Today i have paid my LIC premium Rs.3481 through suvidha care at centre below wadala bridge . my policy no is[protected]. I had given 4000 n person in centre given back 500. I requested him to give Rs19. he refused to give back 19 saying (कंपनी हमे कुछ नही देती) even though i showed him line on receipt (No service charge for premium paid at suvidha point)
    I request you to kindly stop this type of malpractice at ur centre

          Hello sir / madam,

          My name is bithika,
          This is to inform you that despite of complaining several times about this issue i had just been given numerous complaint numbers and told that this message will be forwarded. For testing purpose i had to swipe whether the machine is really working or not. But till today i haven't received my amount of rs.700 to my account. Its not just a matter of rs.700, incase i would have swiped a big amount then might be i would be in a big trouble. The ezee tap swiping card machine service is really worst. My complaint id's are 10421217 / 10429079 / 10436518. Today all of sudden i received a mail that my complaint has been closed. Without resolving a customer complaint how it can be closed. Also attaching the receipt of state bank showing that my amount of rs. 700 had been debited from my personal account.

He informed that we will send new card, also he shared all his details like employee i'd, branch address etc. He acted and made us believe whatever he has told. And asked us to share the card # and otp to send the new atm card. And he debited 4999 via suvidhaa info serve. Request u to cancel or stop transaction transfer our money back to us.

              I had a small shop with recharge and money transfer suvidaa id 194298 one of my customer made a transfer of rs 4000 and the amount did not reach account and bounced back transaction id[protected] the customer lost the sim and he applied for mobile no change with an affidavit of rs 100 at mumbai head office i refunded him the amount as got assurance from area sales manager for refund it is now 9 months passed i many times called head office and they always assured me they are looking in the matter but nothing done.
              I have stopped doing any business through suvidhaa since then but my money was never refunded

                  Distributor of suvidhaa mr ajay charged us 3000/- for money transfer portal and gave us assurance that the portal will enable within one day but now more than 1 month has been completed but we don't get any portal. Now he is saying that we hv to deposite for 1000/- rs more but he is saying that he will not give us receipt. Further he didn't give us receipt for 3000/- as well.
                  Moreover we r incurring around 20000/- rs exps for shop rent.

                    My Complaint against Suvidhaa Infosys. I am subagent of Suvidhaa Portal. I am a regular agent of Suvidhaa. Last month my Railway portal is not working in my Personal Desktop (PC) and i will change my Railway Portal system from One PC to my another Pc due to low memory of My CPU. When i had changed my Railway Portal system then we already talk with the Suvidhaa Excuative and he helped me very well that time and i took a demo of booking railway ticket from Suvidhaa portal. In that time my balance is Aprox 1500/- and Railway ticket booking amount is Aprrox 2800/-. When i booked that ticket system show you have low balance and your ticket cannot be confirmed. In that time no amount deduct from my Suvidhaa Acocunt. But after 10 days suvidhaa deduct such a Aprx amount 2800/- from my portal when i called Suvidhaa Center then there is no response come back to me. Whenever i called to suvidhaa center every time their executive tell me we will revert you soon . I have all the conversation with the Suvidhaa and Suvidhaa executive number is [protected]. They always tell me please wait for 48 hr but still 15 days had gone. No one response from the Suvidhaa Side. SUvidhaa Booking ID[protected] And TIcket PNR Number is [protected] Dt. 22.12.15 . BOoking has been tried on 22 Dec 2015 and payment had been deducted on Dt 30.12.15. No response come from the Suvidhaa side.                       Dear Sir/Madam, We recently visited Puri, odisha for a small trip. I visited a local travel agent who informed was a Suvidha irctc approved agent " Millennium Tours & travels". i booked my train tickets from Howrah Jn to Patna Jn via Howrah Danapur Express, for 2nd September, in 1st AC two berths. PNR No. [protected], Train No. 12351, Transaction ID - [protected], Since there was a union band all India on the 2nd, I got my ticket cancelled over the phone through this agent in Puri. I received an SMS of Rs. 2400 refund to be collected, then on i have been trying to contact this agent over phone, and he is sometime taking my call and ensuring he would return the money. But till date there has been no refund. i had shared my bank account details also but the effort has been in vain. I am herewith enclosing the ticket copy given by him and the payment slip made through my card as a proof. Please help.

                        I have deposited rs 1lac in july 2011 for Suvidhaa franchise.
                        We had an agreement for three years duration.
                        I submitted my resignation on 8th june 2015 and asked for my refund.
                        The company has send me blank voucher/documents to sign in advance to process the refund. witch i refused to sign.
                        Now its almost 50 days but the are not providing the details.
                        As per their one reply of my several mails and customer care complaints, they have send the details to the Cluster head Mr Saurabh who in turn refused to share any such details and process my refund.
                        This is not the fist time they are harassing for the refund. As i have talked to some other franchise they are complaining the same.
                        At the time of making franchise the spend the whole day till the amount is received but do not even reply to the mails send to customer care.
                        It seems that they want to harass me and keep my deposit as long as possible.

                                        I was the distributor of suvidhaa infoserve pvt. Ltd. I had paid rs 1 lac for the navi mumbai (Ghansoli) distributor ship refundable fees to the company. Company has terminated the distributor ship and appoint new distributor without prior intimation when i am asking for the refund of my rs 1 lac the area cluster preson mr. Randeep has ignoring and never done any necessary steps. When i am calling him he always misbehaving with me. Mr latiff who is the sales person of suvidhaa infoserve pvt. Ltd. He enroll me in these stupid distributorship he also not pickping my phone calls and when i am calling from another number he always assure that next week you will get your check now 6 months are left. I was calling to the company number they said the only area cluster are responsible to answer but the area cluster is always behaving like the stupid guy. I had morgage my ornament for these fees now the interest ore growing and the ornaments are gone for the auction what i do please tell me the way.
