On 31/3/16 a fraud payment on my kotak credit card for rs.4999/-
You are requested to check and inform me who did this and for what purpose .even the person tried to use it again for transaction of about 33000/- but declined as the limit of the card of below trial amount It was immidiatly inform to kotak customer care to revert the transaction but they don't do it.

i have received a call from [protected], he tell something that we are giving you 9998 rs point on your credit card.and asked my card detail, after giving detail he cheated me and debited 9998 rs ( 4999+4999) kindly requesting you that you give me my money back, other wise i am moving to consumer forum for solution.

Distributor of suvidhaa mr ajay charged us 3000/- for money transfer portal and gave us assurance that the portal will enable within one day but now more than 1 month has been completed but we don't get any portal. Now he is saying that we hv to deposite for 1000/- rs more but he is saying that he will not give us receipt. Further he didn't give us receipt for 3000/- as well.
Moreover we r incurring around 20000/- rs exps for shop...

My Complaint against Suvidhaa Infosys. I am subagent of Suvidhaa Portal. I am a regular agent of Suvidhaa. Last month my Railway portal is not working in my Personal Desktop (PC) and i will change my Railway Portal system from One PC to my another Pc due to low memory of My CPU. When i had changed my Railway Portal system then we already talk with the Suvidhaa Excuative and he helped me very well that time and i took a demo of booking railway...

I purchase suvidhaa on 22nd Aug-2015, The suvidha guy promise me after 10 days he will come for software training. but till date he has not shown his face. For the same i registered a complaint No(S 0423557) and resolution date given was 15th sept.but it is not solved. For same i made a mail to them but no reply till date. They have their toll free no.where they says give a missed call and we will call you with in 15 min.(No.[protected]...

I visited a local travel agent who informed was a Suvidha irctc approved agent " Millennium Tours & travels". i booked my train tickets from Howrah Jn to Patna Jn via Howrah Danapur Express, for 2nd September, in 1st AC two berths. I have deposited rs 1lac in july 2011 for Suvidhaa franchise.
We had an agreement for three years duration.
I submitted my resignation on 8th june 2015 and asked for my refund.
The company has send me blank voucher/documents to sign in advance to process the refund. witch i refused to sign.
Now its almost 50 days but the are not providing the details.

Suvidhaa has taken rs 5000 for rail i'd and i have received my dongle and cd but up to six month i have not received my use i'd and password. I have given complained so many times but no body taken intrest. This is not suvidhaa infoservice it is completely cheating infoservice.

Thank you for using your debit card for purchase worth rs60 on pos at suvidhaa infoserve pvt ltgurgaon. But now i have not get my recharge balance. So please send my balance quickly....

Inc474350 complaint was logged in suvidhaa care which is online site for recharge still they have not refunded my amount and telling us that it will be credited in my account. . . But when no answer why these sites are open to cheat the people. . .

I was the distributor of suvidhaa infoserve pvt. Ltd. I had paid rs 1 lac for the navi mumbai (Ghansoli) distributor ship refundable fees to the company. Company has terminated the distributor ship and appoint new distributor without prior intimation when i am asking for the refund of my rs 1 lac the area cluster preson mr.
