From damoh on 25/10/2019 in cash. Almost 3 month has passed still i not received rc

From damoh on 25/10/2019 in cash. Almost 3 month has passed still i not received rc. When i contacted to agency they always said we would deliver shortly without rc i am not able to go outside. I paid 77000 in cash still i am facing problem
So i decided this is platform where i express my pain wht they are doing with me.
