TN38CZ2113. We bought this vehicle in 2021 Nov
this vehicle stops in slow speed, every 1/2 month i give this vehicle for service.We need replacement vehicle for this.
I need replacement for this vehicle or Else the money back ASAP. Please tell me the process which need to follow
.Very poor service...

On 31st oct i had repair of my scooty, ie suzuki acesss 125, problem is that when slow ing the vechile the engine is going off mode
Then I went to dealer of suzuki, ie padmaja suzuki showroom service centre near dondaparty Visakhapatnam.
He suggest by adding stepping motar the problem will be sloved and that part cost 1500 rps when I pay the bill and test the scooty i found it again having same problem
Then I went immediately to the showroom and he we will check and give u next day
And i again went day he stated problem is cleared when I again test the scooty is stopped when I again complain about that he said the body part should replace it's cost 4000rps and that part ie stepping motar why he used and again why again he want body part to be replaced the dealer just want money by spare parts he even doesnot checking properly and suggesting spare parts and asking to buy all fraud service centre

I have bought suzuki two wheeler 1 year back from Sarupudi automobiles with AP39 HO 4420 . I am not happy with the service and quality of bike as Company name it self damaged on the bike . I observed that they order the products and sell to others as we have warranty.

Hi I have bought Suzuji two wheeler from Sarupudi automobiles 1 years back
with number plate AP39H 04420, I am not happy with bike as company logo already damaged and service provided told they will replace that but they did not do yet. seems they are ordering the products and selling those to others as we have already in Guarantee period.

Please take string action against to them

On Dated 15/12/2019 I have purchased a vehicle Model name Access Drum CBS 125 from Auth. Dealer Droona Auto Pvt.Ltd, Bulandshahr bearing Engine no. AF[protected], Battery no. OZG9230778H91 AMCO, the dealer sold me a defective battery fitted scooter. From the very first day my scooter self start function not working. Dealer also declared that due to company fault the Battery was defected. He removed battery from my scooter 20 days ago still he was not returning back.
Now he started denying to give us battery. My scooter is still under warranty given by company but dealer denies to give us any type of Warranty. Kindly take a strict action against the company & Auth. Dealer names mentioned above.

Very horrible suzuki access i am getting trouble from the day i purchased done all service but it's never start with starter have to apply 20kicks then it get start. Very very bad experience last i was having activa never pblm galti hogaye suzuki leke. Showrooms wala say apply daily kick in morning waaah

From damoh on 25/10/2019 in cash. Almost 3 month has passed still i not received rc. When i contacted to agency they always said we would deliver shortly without rc i am not able to go outside. I paid 77000 in cash still i am facing problem
So i decided this is platform where i express my pain wht they are doing with me.

Sir/madam,

I would like to bring to your kind notice that i was observing some noise from the vehicle i had purchased on dated[protected] bearing regd no. Od25 j 1249 dated[protected] from rajalaxmi automobiles, nayagarh sub dealer of super sales motor (P) ltd, 2janpath, bapuji nagar, bhubaneswar. Repeatedly i face starting problem in the vehicle after second service on the month of august. I informed the service station (Name - rajalaxmi automobiles, nayagarh) for rectify the problem.

After checking the issue on the vehicle, the service manager (Muna babu, mob-[protected]) advised me to change the air filter to sort out the issue. I changed that but after couple of days still the problem persists in the vehicle.

So again the service manager advised me to change the battery and hence on his recommendation, a new battery was replaced and i had paid for that.

Even after changing the battery i still had the same problem. After one and half month of changing battery the vehicle stopped on the way to my work place and did not start. I informed the service manager and left the vehicle on the road. And return to home by cab. The service manager picked it up from there.

So again the service manager told me that the problem is due to the carburetor issue, so they had changed the carburetor. When i contacted with the engineer (Mob-[protected]) of their bhubaneswar branch named super sales motor (P) ltd, 2, janpath, bapuji nagar, bhubaneswar, he told me that carburetor has not been changed.

I am really in doubt whether they analyze the issue properly or just want to make fool out of customers.

Apart from all this the time i m loosing for all these, who is going to bear all the losses i am incurring due to the unprofessional service from your side.

Expecting your intervention on the matter and expediting the process to resolve the issue and replace the vehicle.

I have purchased suzuki access 125 disc break in march 2019, in which 4 time i reported rear wheel jam issue with authorized dealer dwarka suzuki, mahavir enclave, delhi. Since last 3 time they confirmed me vehicle repaired, but again i got repeat problem for same issue. Now 4th time i visited and deposit my vehicle, for which again dealer call me about vehicle repaired, but not providing any assurance on my complaint mail.

If service center not give me satisfied reply about repeat issue of rear wheel jam, i am not able to take vehicle back from service center.
