I submitted my Suzuki Burgman to Kiran Suzuki Service Centre, Thane on March 2nd for an insurance claim. The insurance executive inspected the vehicle the next day, but he didn’t receive an update from the Suzuki service executive about the internal damages. It took the service team 9 days just to provide that update, delaying the insurance approval process. After the claim was cleared, I finally got my vehicle back 11 days later.
Following this, I gave my vehicle for servicing at the same service center, as I have an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). However, my experience with their servicing has always been terrible. Despite having AMC, they charge excessively for labor and even for basic services.
Shockingly, between the time I submitted my vehicle for insurance repairs and servicing, it was driven for 11 km without any explanation. When I confronted the service executive and manager, they had no answer and simply insisted that the vehicle was never taken outside. No compensation was offered.
This isn’t the first time I’ve faced serious issues with Kiran Suzuki Service Centre. On a previous occasion, after servicing, my tyre was nearly detached because the nuts weren’t tightened properly.in another instance, after service, my speedometer display stopped working.
Absolutely pathetic service from Kiran Suzuki Thane – no accountability, no responsibility! Suzuki India, is this the service standard you approve of?
