On 1st of June'24, I have booked HONDA DIO 125CC Grey color and paid 1000.rs advance amount and today I paid balance full amount with 2% bank charges but post payment, staff is disclosing about non availability of color which I booked and spoke very rude and raised her voice for questioning about her approach. Such a bad behavior and no one stopped her for behaving like this and highly frustrated and disappointed with her response which is not at all acceptable. I NEED MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY WITH BANK CHARGES PLUS COMPENSION FOR SUCH BAD EXPERINCE AND WORST BEHAVIOUR. IF I DIDNT RECEIVE MY MONEY BEFORE EOD, I WILL FILE A CASE AGAINST THE COMPANY TOMORROW MORNING.
