Dear Sir, I want to bring this to your attention that the varanasi munciple corporation collects all the garbage and puts it in the mid of City in sigra in front of vidhyut vibhag office, sigra. It stinks, eaten by animals, thrown all over road and responsible for any potential epidemic. Need urgent action for permanent cleanliness. Location: near nagar Nigam paani tanki, sigra, Varanasi.
