Swachh Bharat Abhiyan... — Not accept my shauchalaya form

Panchayat samiti name-konegaon.
Jhila - satar taluka karad

My gram panchayat not accept my shochalaya's form & facility its pending from almost last 1 year. They always give so many reasons & already share all document with photo

So please solve my problem as soon as possibility.
