My neighbours are not utilising their toilets constructed under swachh Bharat abhiyan yojana. Neighbours are not supporting to keep our surroundings clean and hygienic due to which many diseases are spreading easily in my village. My village gram Panchayat is also not taking any care for it even after repeated complaints.
