I ordered and paid in full for cookies thro Swad India. Since the order, I have been getting a SMS daily for over 10 days that the order has been packed. They even gave a Blue Dart no but it has not been dispatched so far. Even today, I got the same msg that it has been packed.
I have sent mails and registered complaints with Swad India. No response or even an acknowledgement. Is this site/ company for real? To me it sounds bogus and I am seeing other complaints wherein they have collected money but not delivered.
