Had placed an order on the 16th November ' 22 which said order would be delivered on 17th November. NOTHING IS HAPPENING after that. The order is still showing as AWAITING PROCESSING and they ARE NOT RESPONDING TO ANY CALLS OR WHATSAPP MESSAGES.. COMPLETE SCAM. I am CHEATED OF INR 1299/-. Not really sure if posting anything on this forum will help. But what else can we poor customers do? JUST NEVER NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. YOUR MONEY WILL BE GONE FOREVER

We had placed an order on October 4th and then their customer service vanished. They don't have a working phone number and they don't respond to mails either.
Kindly refrain from making any purchases on their website and wasting money when you can opt for other reliable and better online.

Thanks for delivering my order from Pune and Allahabad. The Shrewsbury biscuits arrived within 2 days without any breakage. I appreciate your packing. The products from Prayagraj took my family on a nostalgic trip. We absolutely love d it. Please add products from Jaipur as well....

My order was not delivered, after paying. No response from support team. Given phone number is switched off. It's a scam website.

I have ordered the Guylian The Original Belgian Chocolates 250GMy order no is Order #SGQQB. After that i have send multiple reminders and there is no response at all. It has been more than 6 days and there is no response.

Highly disappointed with the way you treat the customers

I purchased two products from their website last week. Their customer service was very active during the buying procedure. They said my products will be delivered within 2 days. It's been 7 days now, no one from their customer service is replying and I haven't received my products or any other updates.

I placed order# JGVPW on 29 June 2022 for Shrewsbury biscuits and paid online Rs 586
There is NO delivery, NO response from Customer Care
