I placed an order on 5th October after that didn't received any confirmation from them. They don't have a working number neither response to emails

My Husband Savio Lawrence had ordered some food products online on date 23rd September 2023 vide Order no. OJZ4K and payment was also done, but till date the product has not been received.
We tried to enquire on the given contact number as well as sent details on email but there is no reply from their end.
kindly look into the matter and refund the amount at the earliest.

I've purchased sweets for Rs.1800 on 26th September and there has been no updates from the company on when they'll deliver or what is the order status.

I've sent an email and tried contacting them through WhatsApp, but there's no response.

Kindly help in canceling the order and refund the amount.

Was about to order 3000 worth. I sent 1 message to check if they reply also or not. No replies came for my query. Later, I saw this thread and am so glad I saw this thread before ordering with them.
To all who have been cheated by them, I suggest to file a Police complaint so they cannot cheat others.

I ordered Weetabix on 15th September however I haven’t received it till now 26th September. Paid Rs 1995. They are not responding to my emails or calls! I want a full refund!

However, after waiting for several days, when the item wasn't delivered, I finally wrote to them on the customer support email provided on their website. This was on 11 september but so far there has been no reply to my email. There is a WhatsApp number provided on their website but it doesn't exist and hence, there is no way to get in touch with company.

I want a full refund. Please help me with this.

I ordered from their site a few days ago and I wanted to cancel my order but there's no option for cancellation neither their customer service is entertaining me. I want to cancel the order and get a refund. Please look into this matter immediately.

I have order from the Website a list of 7 items on 7 aug I have been trying to contact them there has been no response from them and no response through mail to and the amount was prepaid and amount 2923 ruppes

I placed my order on 25th May 2023, now it's August and still my product is not delivered.
It was a prepaid order, a mistake that I made because these people don't attend calls or reply to mails.

I placed an order for Arnott's Australia Tim Tam Double Coat Made With Irresistible Real Chocolate Biscuits 200g on Swad india website for delivery to Mumbai. I paid the entire amount of the order online. Please refer to the following attachments as proofs provided for your investigation :

Ordered premium imported chocolates from Swad India on 27 May 2023 and paid in full but haven’t received the order despite two follow ups. No one responded . This is a fraudulent business, beware

Placed an order of chocolates on 19 May, and still there is no update on the shipment .

Placed order for imported chocolates from this website called Swad India. The order was paid in full in advance on June 14, 2023. The order status has not changed till now. It still shows as “process awaiting”. They are not responding to my emails, calls as well as messages. Feels like a scam....

I had ordered for 100gr twinnings greentea gunpowder mint on[protected], vide their order No. FADR4, and Rs. 799/- was paid by online, UPI as the full cost of the order. But the ordered item is not supplied till date. I had sent repeated reminders through email, as well as whatsapp messages, there is no response from their end. Also called them in the whatsapp number shown by them.
I am also requested for the refund of the amount, nothing can be heard from them.Necessary action may be taken against them., and also refunding the amount

I placed an order for cookies and biscuits on Swad india website for delivery to Kolkata. I paid the entire amount of the order online. Please refer teh following attachments as proofs provided for your investigation :

(ii) Email sent to Swad india inquiring for delivery time when no response was available from the seller
(iii) WhatsApp chat screenshots inquiring oder status.

After 24 hours had passed and no response on order delivery status was found on their website, I used the chat facility on their WhatsApp chat No. Whatsapp: [protected] and also sent an email on their email address : [protected]@swadindia.in which is given on the website. I wrote them the email inquiring about the order status and delivery.
Since I got no response in all the cases, I think this is a fraud website. I wish to get full refund of my money.
But as I am unable to contact the website and the seller I am requesting your help to sort out his issue and help me get my money back.

Placed an order on Swad India on 12 May 2023 for Lays French Cheese as it was the only website with the product available and I have contacted them but there has been no response. Turns out it's a fraudulent company and several others have faced the same. I would like to request for a refund at the earliest.

With reference to the above order that was ppace on 24 April 2023 and was to be delivered on 26 April 2023. Have not received this order till date 24 May 2023.
I jeed a refund for Rs 2113.65 as soon as possible. An absolutely fraud company!!

Ordered shrewsbury biscuits 8 boxes delivered only 1 paid

On 18-3-23, I placed order for 2 items:
1. Banaras ladoos
2. Wyke Farms Cheddar Cheese

Till date item 2 is not delivered. (Only Item 1 is delivered.)

You cannot take my money and then not deliver the products.

I had placed an order of Rs.1701+136.05 paid as tip on the 14th November’2022 but the order is still showing as ‘AWAITING PROCESSING’ and Swad India team are not responding to any WhatsApp messages, call and emails…? Now I am feeling CHEATED of INR 2836.05/-. I am not really sure if posting anything on this forum will help, But what else can we poor customers do? JUST TO LEARN NEVER-NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM SWAD INDIA as YOUR MONEY WILL BE GONE FOREVER.
