Placed order for imported chocolates from this website called Swad India. The order was paid in full in advance on June 14, 2023. The order status has not changed till now. It still shows as “process awaiting”. They are not responding to my emails, calls as well as messages. Feels like a scam....

I had ordered for 100gr twinnings greentea gunpowder mint on[protected], vide their order No. FADR4, and Rs. 799/- was paid by online, UPI as the full cost of the order. But the ordered item is not supplied till date. I had sent repeated reminders through email, as well as whatsapp messages, there is no response from their end. Also called them in the whatsapp number shown by them.

I placed an order for cookies and biscuits on Swad india website for delivery to Kolkata. I paid the entire amount of the order online. Please refer teh following attachments as proofs provided for your investigation :
(i) Order invoice
(ii) Email sent to Swad india inquiring for delivery time when no response was available from the seller
(iii) WhatsApp chat screenshots inquiring oder status.

Placed an order on Swad India on 12 May 2023 for Lays French Cheese as it was the only website with the product available and I have contacted them but there has been no response. Turns out it's a fraudulent company and several others have faced the same. I would like to request for a refund at the earliest.

With reference to the above order that was ppace on 24 April 2023 and was to be delivered on 26 April 2023. Have not received this order till date 24 May 2023.
I jeed a refund for Rs 2113.65 as soon as possible. An absolutely fraud company!!...

Ordered shrewsbury biscuits 8 boxes delivered only 1 paid...

On 18-3-23, I placed order for 2 items:
1. Banaras ladoos
2. Wyke Farms Cheddar Cheese

Company's order no is #CTCDC dated 18-3-23

Till date item 2 is not delivered. (Only Item 1 is delivered.)

Asked for refund of Rs 575/- but no response to repeated emails on [protected]@swadindia.in & messages & calls on WhatsApp[protected]...

I recently purchased a product from swad India but they never delivered it.
I think it's a fake site...

I have tried reaching out via whatsapp and email. Is this an authentic website??

You cannot take my money and then not deliver...

I had placed an order of Rs.1701+136.05 paid as tip on the 14th November’2022 but the order is still showing as ‘AWAITING PROCESSING’ and Swad India team are not responding to any WhatsApp messages, call and emails…? Now I am feeling CHEATED of INR 2836.05/-. I am not really sure if posting anything on this forum will help, But what else can we poor customers do? JUST TO LEARN NEVER-NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM SWAD INDIA as YOUR MONEY...

Had placed an order on the 16th November ' 22 which said order would be delivered on 17th November. NOTHING IS HAPPENING after that. The order is still showing as AWAITING PROCESSING and they ARE NOT RESPONDING TO ANY CALLS OR WHATSAPP MESSAGES.. COMPLETE SCAM. I am CHEATED OF INR 1299/-. Not really sure if posting anything on this forum will help. But what else can we poor customers do? JUST NEVER NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. YOUR MONEY...

We had placed an order on October 4th and then their customer service vanished. They don't have a working phone number and they don't respond to mails either.
Kindly refrain from making any purchases on their website and wasting money when you can opt for other reliable and better online....

Thanks for delivering my order from Pune and Allahabad. The Shrewsbury biscuits arrived within 2 days without any breakage. I appreciate your packing. The products from Prayagraj took my family on a nostalgic trip. We absolutely love d it. Please add products from Jaipur as well....

I purchased two products from their website last week. Their customer service was very active during the buying procedure. They said my products will be delivered within 2 days. It's been 7 days now, no one from their customer service is replying and I haven't received my products or any other updates....
